The English-language study programme optimally enables you to take on laboratory and project management responsibilities in biotechnological companies  institutions and authorities.
Today's challenges can no longer be solved without modern bioTechnology. For the implementation of biotechnological findings in innovative and sustainable products  it is necessary to closely interlink biotechnological expertise with management skills.

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

Digital Business and Management

Industrial Management in Microelectronics (Online)

The Master in Management (MIM) program combines applied coursework and research on the latest business and international management theories with the development of practice focused skills through internships and a social impact project.
The program is taught in English and is divided into two tracks with a focus on international management: one track (Quantitative Business) prepares students to shape the digital transformation processes of our modern society  and is designed for quantitative decision analysts. It is mandatory to do an internship. It is easier to find internship when it is mandatory. 3-6 months is most common.

If English is your native language or you earned a university degree exclusively taught in English you do not need to take an English proficiency test. If you have worked in an English speaking country or an organization whose language of communication was English for 12 months or more the English proficiency test requirement may be waived.
A strong command of the English language should also be demonstrated in the admission interview.

To make health services available to those who need them the most, many developing countries need to improve health care policies, to improve efficiency at all levels of organisation, planning and management across the health care system, and to ensure sustainable financing. Meteorology

The postgraduate course in British studies is an interdisciplinary teaching programme over 2 years. Having successfully completed the Certificate Phase during the first year, students receive a British Studies certificate. After successful completion of the entire course, students are awarded the degree M.A. British Studies. The Certificate Phase comprises about 30 weeks of teaching stretching over 2 semesters. The first semester (Core Programme) consists of a series of compulsory lectures and seminars. In the second semester (Options Programme) students can choose 3 out of 6 options (see course outline below). Students have to attend an average of at least 20 hours of classes per week. Master programme in Horticultural Sciences is offered in a comparable form by several European partner universities under joint use of a module pool agreed upon by all partners. The objective of the Master degree programme as a second professional qualifying degree in the field of horticultural sciences shall be to prepare students for a professional career or for pursuing a doctoral degree.
Note: If applicants wish to receive the Master degree from a partner university as well, they have to complete IMaHS pool courses there with a total number of at least 30 ECTS credits.

Students of this Master programme can choose between the majors Mineral Resource Engineering and Process Engineering and Refining. The languages ​​of instruction are English and German; the Mineral Resource Engineering major can also be completed entirely in English.
