Additionally Oxford Test of English with 120 points can be accepted. Only native speakers of English are exempt from this requirement. A native speaker is considered to be someone who was raised in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, UK, or USA
For study applications from China, Vietnam or Mongolia, the original certificate confirming the authenticity of their documents or the original certificate from the Akademische Prüfstelle (APS) must be enclosed
