Business Administration

The Master programme in European Master in Migration and Intercultural Relations provides state of the art education in theoretical concepts, empirical methods and transdisciplinary approaches to migration studies. The program will address issues that currently rank highly on the global agenda, and need expertise on transnational, transcultural and transdisciplinary level. The cross-cutting aim is to promote problem solving skills and the ability of knowledge transfer. Graduates will be qualified to pursue doctoral studies or employment in national and international governmental and non-governmental institutions dealing with migration, intercultural competence and education, in particular intersecting with development issues and gender issues.

European Master in Migration and Intercultural Relations

The Bachelor program in English Studies is focused on the research and teaching of the English language, Anglophone literature and society and culture in various English-speaking countries, as well as teaching these subjects in schools and other institutions. The goal of this programme is to help students gain linguistic and cultural competencies through the acquisition of technical and language skills that can be utilised or conveyed relevant professional situations.

School certificate from a country with English as the official language and also language of instruction is accepted as proof of language requirement

English Studies two subject

Master degree program in English and American Studies/English Linguistics is divided into two parts, of which a student must choose one at the beginning of the course: English Linguistics and English and American Studies. Department of American Literature and Culture and the Department of English Literatures, which focus on research into canonical texts as well as on issues regarding post-modernism, post-colonialism, interdisciplinary cultural studies and media studies.
The Department of English Linguistics: Research in the Department of English Linguistics focuses on phonology, syntax, semantics/pragmatics, and psycholinguistics.

The Semester contributions totalling 214.70 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes Administrative fee 70.00 EUR, Student Services fee and VVS-StudiTicket solidarity fee 134.70 EUR and Student body fee 10.00 EUR

English proficiency can also be proven by at least six semesters on a Bachelor study program in the English language

The postgraduate further education study program in International Construction: Practice and Law aims to help fill gap in the market. Study program helps to learn about the technical, financial and legal aspects of international construction from both theoretical and practical perspectives.

International Construction: Practice and Law (Hybrid)

German Abitur including at least 6 (G8) or 7 (G9) years of English or Bachelor degree in English/American Studies or University degree obtained in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand is accepted as proof of language proficiency

Economics

University of Tübingen

The Master in European Management provides a unique intercultural study experience at leading European universities to prepare students for the demands of the Management labor market. Students in this program spend one year at the University of Tübingen and one year at the partner University of Nottingham. They are able to choose from a broad range of courses at both universities to tailor the contents of the program to their specific needs. In addition to the Master in European Management, students are granted a Master degree from their partner university. With this additional qualification, graduates have a wider range of employment possibilities in different countries and multinationally operating companies.



Courses in Nottingham are exclusively taught in English, Specializations in Tübingen determine course language (English or German)
