The aim of the European Master in Renewable Energy (EUREC) is to train students to fill the gap between the growing industry demand for specialised expertise and the skills available in the job market. In the program students acquire a solid foundation in key renewable energy technologies and the socio-economic issues during their course of studies. The program is offered in cooperation with University of MINES-ParisTech - France, Zaragoza University - Spain, Oldenburg University - Germany, and Hanze UAS - Netherlands.

The Semester contributions totalling 404.01 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes Semester ticket fee 202.19 EUR, Students union fee 98.00 EUR, Student body fee 23.30 EUR, DIY Bicycle repair shop fee 2.60 EUR, Administration fee 75.00 EUR and Culture Ticket fee 2.92 EUR
Students choosing study period in Hanze UAS will pay tuition fee directly. EU students who do not have a Dutch Master degree yet will pay the Dutch statutory tuition fee directly to Hanze UAS (circa 2,200 EUR per academic year, therefore circa 3,500 EUR for the whole programme)
To guarantee registration, selected students by Hanze UAS will have to pay a deposit fee (2,000 EUR) to EUREC upon reception of the offer letter. This deposit will be reimbursed at the end of October to students who joined the course
Non-EU students should also be aware that payment of a visa and a financial guarantee is necessary for entrance to the Netherlands
Fees will be payable in three installments spread throughout the course
Minimum entry requirement includes a Bachelor degree in engineering or a scientific discipline (e.g. physics, chemistry, mathematics). The criteria may be waived for applicants with relevant work experience deemed equivalent to the academic admission requirements.
Native speakers and Bachelor studies in English language are exempted from providing proof of language proficiency
Two letters of reference is required for admission
