The Finance, Tax and Company Law (LL.M.) Master program provides a broad education in the core competencies of business law, auditing, external accounting, controlling, corporate finance, financial management and taxes. With a high level of qualification, graduates should be able to take on important functions in a wide variety of company areas. The aim is to prepare the graduates to take responsibility and self-orientation from a business and legal perspective to make the best decisions.
