The Bachelor in Quantitative Biology integrates the study of biology with methods of mathematical modeling, data science, and bioinformatics; the resulting curriculum is strictly oriented toward the needs of modern life science research.  The Quantitative Biology degree programme offers a study of Biology, that in addition to teaching important experimental techniques, is closely intertwined with methods of mathematical modeling, data science, and bioinformatics.

Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf

International Master study programme in Translational Neuroscience is consecutive to a Bachelor programme and is addressed to students interested in basic and clinical research in neuroscience. Translational neuroscience uses this knowledge and technological advances to help developing new diagnostic procedures and therapies for patients with neurological or psychiatric disorders.

Semester contribution include a train ticket with which covers travel free of charge by bus and trains in the state of North-Rhine Westphalia (NRW)

The Executive MPA is designed for leaders who want to acquire the knowledge and tools needed to address the challenges of modern governance. The programme provides participants with a solid foundation in principles of governance, public policy and management, empowering them to lead teams and organisations, shape decision-making and manage change in the workplace. Participants choose one of three areas of concentration, which cover subjects with ever-increasing relevance for managers, decision-makers and leaders working in the public sector, business and civil society: 1. Leading innovation and managing change. 2. digitisation and big data. 3. Global governance challenges.

The selection committee may decide to invite preselected candidates to a phone or skype interview. The committee also decides on the admissions for the new Executive MPA cohort.

Semester contribution includes 95 EUR per semester to the studierendenwerk BERLIN. Part-time students in the Executive MPA are not eligible for a public transport ticket

Candidates who are native speakers do not need to submit English proficiency test results. Non-native speakers who can provide proof of substantial work experience or study in English may not have to provide a language test. Short-term study abroad, au-pair home stays or language school certificates will not be accepted as test replacements

The MA Communication Design and Creative Strategies Master program is future-oriented. It teaches the key skills that are expected of creative people in managerial positions. The goal is sound mastery of the entire design-oriented value-added process, in theory and practice.

Notes teaching language depends based on location chosen. Course taught in English if location Berlin chosen and course taught in German if location Cologne chosen.

Semester contribution includes admission fee of 980 EUR  only prospective students from non-EU/non-Schengen area

The Master program Maritime operations study program sets out to cover maritime operations, with ship technology and management as supporting framework. Maritime operations will cover different aspects related to different maritime operations; the international aspect (such as regulations), the technical aspect (such as ship stability), the organizational aspect (such as the complex relationship between human and technical factors) and the managerial aspect (such as safety and risk) throughout the two compulsory semesters. In the maritime industry of today the technological, operational and managerial aspects are entwined and technology and management will both be present in some form in all maritime operations.

Hochschule Emden/Leer - University of Applied Sciences

The Food and Agribusiness , serves to teach and further develop Competencies for practical leadership activities and scientific work. After completing the program, graduates have the Competencies necessary for taking on a management role in the national and international food industry and agribusiness sector. Based on the study objectives, the qualifications obtained serve primarily for companies in the agricultural and food industry, but also companies in food retail and wholesale companies as well as in associations and government agencies. The primary focuses are on leadership tasks at the middle management level and tasks in the areas of quality management, product development, marketing, and consulting.

Semester contribution of 86.00 EUR includes administration fee for general registration and student union

If you do not have these certificates, other german language certificate also accepted. Alternatively, comparable degrees can be recognized for admission. In this case the student must complete the assessment test (FSP) B2 during the first semester at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences

Food and Agribusiness

Master program on Integrated Water Resources Management for South East Asia (IWRM SEA) is integrated with one exchange semester in Germany – A cooperation between the Vietnam Academy of Water Resources and TH Köln (University of Applied Sciences). The concept of Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) combined with current climate change adaptation best practices offers solutions to deal with these challenges by assessing and managing this precious resource in space and time considering other related sectors.

Catalyst is a learning institute for creative arts and technology based in Berlin's extraordinary Funkhaus. Electronic music production and performance, audio and music production, sound engineering, film production, filmmaking, visual effects, and acting are all courses available at the institute. The courses range from four-week summer courses for beginners to bachelor and master degree programs validated by their UK university partner.
 
 The University has been providing world-class creative production training in the UK for over 20 years and in Berlin for over 7 years under their previous brand names, dBs Music Berlin and dBs Film Berlin.  The best way to learn is to get your hands on the equipment and spend as much time as possible 'doing.' The Catalyst method emphasizes learning by doing and collaboration with others. Of course, students learn theory that supports and enriches their practice. But doing is more important, and the institute believes it is their responsibility to provide students with at least some of the ten thousand hours of deliberate practice that Anders Ericsson's research suggests we all require in order to become true experts.

The Hochschule für Musik Detmold is a university-level music school in the German town of Detmold. The Hochschule offers degrees in composition, all orchestral instruments, piano, voice, opera, art song, and conducting, as well as church music and music education. In public cultural life, students, teachers, and top-class guests in over 400 events underline the importance of the Detmold University of Music as a cultural institution in the region. The center is the concert hall, which has 600 seats and has excellent acoustics and an integrated wave field synthesis system.
 
 The Hochschule has ten specially equipped buildings that are arranged as a campus in and around the gardens of the Neues Palais [de]: string players, wind instruments, singers, and percussionists have their own buildings; pianists and organists live in the historic palace, which also hosts rehearsals and concerts for larger chamber music groups.  The educational courses and offers are geared toward a comprehensive understanding of music. The Erfurt University of Applied Sciences is one of three universities in the Thuringian state capital of Erfurt. It was founded in October 1991. The University of Applied Sciences Erfurt provides bachelor's and master's degree programs in thirteen disciplines organized into six faculties. The Erfurt University of Applied Sciences is not a traditional campus university with a single location. They have three locations that are easily accessible from one another and from the center of Erfurt.

Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin

The Institute for Diaconal Science and Diaconal Management [IDWM] is a university institution with the authority to award doctorates and habilitations in the field of diaconal science. The emphasis is on corporate and diaconal management issues. Since January 1, 2022, the IDWM has been a part of Bielefeld University.
 
 The IDWM prepares executives from diakonia, church, health, and social economy to manage church and social organizations across the country. Jade University of Applied Sciences (German: Jade Hochschule) is a public university in the German state of Lower Saxony. It was established in 2009 to replace the Fachhochschule Oldenburg/Ostfriesland/Wilhelmshaven. With approximately 6,700 students, the university has campuses in Wilhelmshaven, Oldenburg, and Elsfleth. The Jade River inspired the name of the university.
