Master of Science in Global Urban Health (MSc GUH) aim to convey knowledge, skills and Competencies concerning the identification and management of risks factors for health in big cities especially, but not only, in low- and middle income countries. This includes the application of appropriate research methods and implementation strategies for the special requirements of areas such as concept development, planning and implementation of health-related interventions. 

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

The Semester contributions totaling 161.00 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes Students union fee (SWFR) 84.00 EUR, Administrative fee 70.00 EUR and student council fee 7.00 EUR

TOEIC, OOPT, Cambridge (FCE, CAE, CPE), DAAD (a, b or c in all categories) are accepted proof of language proficiency

Master in Photovoltaics Engineering Science consists of courses in solar cell physics, technology of crystalline silicon and thin-film solar cells and modules, cell and materials characterization, components of a PV system and their reliability, system design, monitoring, yield and performance analysis, storage systems and electric grids and solar energy integration.

 FAU's Faculty of Engineering is a new educational and research institution. Since its inception in 1966. Electrical, Electronic and Communication Engineering, Chemical and Biological Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Computer Science Engineering are the five departments within the Faculty. The Faculty has strong ties to both other natural sciences and traditional university subjects. The Faculty of Engineering now focuses on research areas such as New Materials and Processes, Life Science Engineering and Medicine Technology, Energy Technology and Mobility, Modelling and Simulation, Optics and Optical Technologies, and Information- and Communication Technologies.
