The ICT Innovation Master program combines a technical major subject with innovation and entrepreneurship as a minor subject to provide graduates of Bachelor programs in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering and other related subject areas the opportunity to study in a unique program leading to a double degree from two leading European universities. Students who successfully complete the program will also be awarded a certificate from the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT).

The Semester contributions totaling 307.54 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes Administrative fee 50 EUR, Student body contribution fee 9.65 EUR, Student work Berlin fee 54.09 EUR and Semesterticket contribution fee 193.80 EUR
Students have to pay a non-refundable application fee of 75 EUR and additionally students have to pay non refundable registration fee deposit of 250 EUR
Tuition fees (per academic year) is 5000 EUR for EU or EEA students and 15000 EUR for non-EU or EEA students
