The Master program in Indology and Tibetology provides in-depth knowledge of the subjects Indology and Tibetology is imparted in particularly relevant fields of research and application. This includes the ability to independently work on primary sources in one of the languages of the specializations, the ability to conduct theoretical and reflective research in the area of the chosen profile and to engage in argumentative scientific discussion in different cultural contexts.

Minimum requirement includes an international BA course in Languages and Cultures of the Indian Subcontinent and Tibet or a comparable degree from a German or foreign university.
