The degree programme in response to the high demand for specialists in the real estate sector with an understanding of the commercial matters surrounding property and with the ability to implement projects in the areas of intelligent building Technology and sustainability. As the largest branch of industry in Germany  the real estate sector is also the largest producer of CO2 emissions. This programme teaches how smart Technology can be put to use in properties to help protect the environment and make a contribution to environmental sustainability.

Students will graduate from the programme qualified to conduct day-to-day business in the sector and to face the challenges smart building Technology presents  as well as to develop long-term strategies and visions for establishing a sustainable approach towards properties in their different asset classes.

They will have developed the ability to plan and optimise the processes involved in smart building management using Technology such as the Internet of Things  energy management tools and other platforms.

50% of the modules are taught in German and 50% of the modules are taught in English.

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

No contribution fee is charged, but the registration fee for applicants from non-EU countries is 150 EUR

You will learn about general topics of psychology such as perception, learning, memory, cognition, motivation and emotion as well as social psychological theories and models. Kühne Logistics University, also known as the Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Logistik und Unternehmensführung (KLU), is a private university in Hamburg, Germany. KLU is one of only a few private universities in Germany that can award their own PhDs. Kühne Logistics University is situated in Hamburg’s HafenCity waterfront urban development area. The location is one of Europe’s largest seaports and is ideal for the campus. KLU is strongly oriented towards economic science and interdisciplinary studies.

German public university of applied sciences Pforzheim University. Before it developed into one of the most significant and research-focused institutions of applied sciences in Germany, it was founded in Pforzheim to satisfy the demand for specialists in the jewelry industry and science. With associated institutes dispersed around Pforzheim, the campus' primary buildings are situated in the southern section of the city (Tiefenbronner Straße). One of just eleven universities in Germany to have obtained AACSB accreditation is the Pforzheim University Business School.
 
 56% of students are enrolled in the School of Business, 33% in the School of Engineering, and 11% in the School of Design. A wide variety of courses in jewellery, accessory design, visual communication, industrial design, transportation design, etc. are available through the university at DESIGN PF. The largest and most varied research center in northern Germany is located at Universität Hamburg. The university is renowned for both its applied and transfers research programs as well as its top-notch basic research. Their university's research is shaped by 5 core research areas and 5 developing fields.

The University of Hamburg is made up of numerous departments dispersed throughout the city. The campus, which is sandwiched between the neighborhoods of Grindel and Rotherbaum, is noteworthy.
