With Master program the economy is becoming increasingly digital and networked. The intelligent linking of IT and business management systems enables a optimised value chain. The aim of the Master program in Industry 4.0 and Management is to ensure students acquire both business expertise and management skills as well as sound specialist knowledge of the digital transformation of classic, industrial processes. In this way, they will prepare themselves for a wide range of possible applications in the context of Industry 4.0 and qualify for demanding positions and management tasks in nationally and internationally operating companies across all industries.

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

Native speakers and English language degree holders are exempted from providing proof of language proficiency

As the world of business has become globalized, almost every kind of business today is international business. This can be seen by the fact that the company language of large, international corporations and German medium-sized companies is often English. The reason: customers and company locations around the world require comprehensive, international business know-how from their employees. This also being the reason why English is the study language for our degree programme – and internationality is at Its core.

In order to commence your studies with us, you must first successfully complete our selection process. The interviews take place regularly and are carried out via Skype.

It is mandatory to do an internship. It is easier to find internship when it is mandatory. 3-6 months is most common.

The semester fee 350  covers Semester ticket, Students Union/Studierendenwerk, University Sport/ Hochschulsport and Student Parliament

Cambridge English First (FCE), BEC Vantage and further certificates are accepted and The tests must not be older than two years.

The part-time Master degree with a specialization in Business Intelligence and Data Science provides you with comprehensive knowledge of methods for efficient data queries and for automated and intelligent data evaluation.
In the part-time Master degree, you can acquire an international double degree that will expand your career opportunities in global companies. In addition, you will improve your language and intercultural skills during your stay and expand your personal network thanks to international students and lecturers. At our partner university, the largest and most well-known university in Scotland, Edinburgh Napier University , the double degree is completed as a distance learning course.

Students have to pay an enrollment fee of 600 EUR

The program of Digital film design provides a complete range of film design, including virtual reality, augmented reality, VFX and even 360-degree filming. The theoretical foundation of Design is taught in lectures, but practical know-how is gained in real-life projects. Future professional prospective include 3D Generalist, 3D Animator, VFX Artist, VFX Coordinator, FX Artist.

The international Master course in Materials Science and Simulation is unique because it combines compulsory lectures in materials science, physics, numerical methods on different length and time scales, and programming. The course promotes a practical implementation of knowledge in project-related teamwork in an interdisciplinary environment.

The Master program in Business Management with focus in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence aims on providing students with the knowledge about analyzing and interpreting complex data sets that are relevant to business. During studies students will work with the most important analysis models and tools for data analysis and visualization, including Python, SQL and R. Students will also deal with ethical and data protection issues in the course of study. Future career prospects include Data Analyst, Artificial Intelligence Analyst, Logistics Analyst, Data Architect, Business Systems Analyst, Marketing Analyst and so on.

Kiel University, also known as the Christian-Albrecht University of Kiel, is a university in Kiel, Germany. It was founded in 1665 and currently has 27,000 students approximately. Since 2006, Kiel University has been a member of the German Universities Excellence Initiative. Kiel University is also affiliated with the Kiel Institute for the World Economy. The university is well-known for its emphasis on public international law.
 
 Kiel University has 190 courses that allow you students to learn a lot and exchange ideas with a lot of people.
