The Bachelor’s degree programme International Business Management prepares Its graduates for management tasks in a range of internationally networked markets. The Bachelor’s degree programme combines the classical aspects of a Business Administration degree programme with an examination of international and intercultural issues. This degree is the perfect choice for an international career. Graduates of this degree programme work in both strategic and operative management. 

It is mandatory to do an internship. It is easier to find internship when it is mandatory. 3-6 months is most common.

International Business management

Berlin School of Economics and Law

The Master degree in economics provides a comprehensive overview of the various disciplines of business administration and economics and the underlying mathematical and theoretical methods. Students gain a comprehensive insight into central economic issues and their analysis. This is a Double degree program in cooperation with University of Ghent, University of Verona.

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

The Semester contributions totaling 143.60 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes Public transport pass (Semesterticket) fee 81.60 EUR and Student union fee 62.00 EUR

In the Bachelor degree of Energy Systems and Renewable Energies students acquire deeper knowledge in a range of different systems such as building energy systems, off-grid systems, industry supply systems and energy systems in general. The course also covers other important fields of studies such as cogeneration technology, heat pumps and energy storage systems for controlling energy generation and consumption capacities. Common career paths include recruitment by energy supply companies, jobs in the industry or with engineering service providers or planning offices, as well as the job profile of an independent consultant. This is a Dual study program consisting of academic study and vocational training or intense practical phases.

The program is taught entirely in English language. Sufficient language skills are essential to successfully complete the coursework. English proficiency tests such as TOEFL or IELTS is not required

The international Master program Materials Chemistry and Mineralogy deals with a broad range of natural materials, with the spectrum of topics from practice and basic research spanning the entire range from raw material to end product. The profile focuses on natural and technically produced inorganic, non-metallic materials, and structural characterisation of volume and surface properties. The degree programme opens up numerous fields of activity for graduates in industrial sectors such as glass and ceramics, building materials and chemistry, waste disposal and landfill management, electronics, paper, paints, pharmaceuticals, steel and other material-related areas, and on the other hand in state and industrial institutions with laboratories for the analysis and characterisation of materials.

Sociology: Social Research

Students after completing the Bachelor degree in the polyvalent two-subject Bachelor degree with a teaching option (BA and BSc.), can continue with a teaching-related Master degree (M.Ed.) either with a focus on primary school or secondary school . Only when successfully completed their Master degree they can go into the preparatory service (so-called traineeship).
