The Master of Business Administration focuses on the development of integrative, practice-oriented thinking and action. Students of this program will develop into business-minded, assertive personalities, who are able to safely navigate the international business world. Real case studies from the world of business and a lively mix of teaching methods help to sharpen overall, interdisciplinary perspective.

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

Native speakers and English language degree holders are exempted from providing proof of language proficiency

The Bachelor programme European Business Management is a modern, internationally-oriented and competence-based business degree programme with a focus on Europe. Graduates have specialized knowledge of business administration, are able to comprehend current economic and economic-political developments and analyse business management problems in an international context. 

The European Business Management programme is run completely in English but you can also take language courses in German as well as modules run in German. We also offer language courses in French and Spanish as part of the curriculum as well as other languages through our Language Centre. English language courses are also part of the curriculum where we work closely with the content course teachers to provide you with the language necessary to follow and complete these courses successfully and with a deeper, longer-lasting learning effect.



It is mandatory to do an internship. It is easier to find internship when it is mandatory. 3-6 months is most common.

The Master Programme in Management and Entrepreneurship provides students with the knowledge, skills and the spirit to take on complex challenges: working towards a future in which people can thrive in a healthy environment. The programme is firmly embedded in current academic debates, it teaches students rigorous methods for empirical research, and deals with real-world problem-solving, including business venturing by students.

The Master program in  International Economics and Public Policy  is an interdisciplinary program jointly run by the Political Science and Economics Departments of Trier University. The program combines application and research oriented courses. Students are trained to get an in-depth understanding of current topics and research in comparative and international political economy by using qualitative and quantitative Advanced social science research methods.

The goal of the Master program Anglophone Modernities in Literature and Culture is to deepen knowledge and understanding of diverse aspects of modernity in the English-speaking world. The program international orientation facilitates multifaceted work and increases intercultural skills. Using a combined literary and cultural studies approach, students will be studying a variety of methodologies and their explanatory power as well as their applicability to modern issues and questions. Future employment opportunities in teaching and research are available in the fields of English/American cultural or literary studies at institutions of higher learning.

Brand University of Applied Sciences is a state recognized and accredited university. Training courses at Brand University of Applied Sciences are all about adding value through brands.  The university offers Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees . For a bachelor's degree, there are majors in Brand Management (German-speaking), Communication Design and Digital Design (German-speaking). The English-language Brand Innovation master's program is divided into the areas of marketing, design and entrepreneurship.
 
 A prerequisite for the course is a general higher education entrance qualification recognized in Hamburg, a technical college entrance qualification, a suitable subject-specific advanced training examination as a master craftsman or business administrator or an equivalent subject-specific advanced training examination. In addition, proof of special aptitude is required by successfully completing an entrance examination. The course begins twice a year on April 1st and October 1st. Jade University of Applied Sciences (German: Jade Hochschule) is a public university in the German state of Lower Saxony. It was established in 2009 to replace the Fachhochschule Oldenburg/Ostfriesland/Wilhelmshaven.
