Master

The Master program Electrical engineering and information systems focus Innovations in electrical engineering and information technology are the basis for a smart  automated and interconnected world. In the international Master program at the h_da  students acquire the tools for their career in this forward-looking market. With the four main focuses Automation  Communications  Embedded Systems and Microelectronics as well as Power Engineering  the program covers all important disciplines. It enables students to diversify or specialize in a wide range of fields. They learn and work in intercultural teams. The language of instruction is English.

It is mandatory to do an internship. It is easier to find internship when it is mandatory. 3-6 months is most common.

The Semester contributions totaling 270 EUR includes local public transportation ticket, university sports program, cultural programs and Administrative Fee 190 EUR(Payment only once after your admission administrative fees are non-refundable)

School English is not deemed sufficient only native speakers from either the United States or Great Britain are exempted from participating in one of the above tests. Even if your chosen degree course is conducted entirely in English  it is nonetheless advisable to achieve a proficiency level in German (B2 level) before you commence your studies  to enable you to properly comprehend the procedures involved.

Our Master programme in Chemical Engineering will optimally qualify you for work in research and development or for managerial responsibilities in industry or in the civil service.

All compulsory courses are offered in English  some electives still in German

You will be guided step by step through the online application and provide the required information.
PLEASE NOTICE: Prospective students for Bachelor's programmes can only apply when they have received their school leaving certificate (Abitur  entrance qualification for studies at universities of applied sciences  ...). It is not possible to apply with a mid-year report card.
Step 3: Documents to be submitted
Candidates are directed to the checklist at the end of the online application. There you will find information on which documents you have to submit.

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

You will not need to demonstrate your knowledge of English if you obtained your Bachelor’s degree from the Department of Chemical Engineering of Münster University of Applied Sciences  if you completed a degree programme delivered in English or if you can prove that English is your mother tongue. In all other cases  the Examination Committee shall decide on the basis of your application.

A major goal of this Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering is to prepare students for the current and future challenges of working as an electronics engineer. In order to take into account the increasing merging of electronic and information technology products, the course focuses on the technical content of the electronics and computer science disciplines.

Semester fee is composed as social contribution for the Student Services Organisation: 81.43 EUR, semester ticket North Rhine-Westphalia 193.50 EUR and General Student´s Committee contribution (AStA): 15.50 EUR

In TOEIC, the listening/reading level should be 490/455, The speaking level should be 180 and the writing level should be 180

Finance degree program at the ILF will train students not only to deal with but also to excel in this increasingly important area where the worlds of international law and global finance meet.The program overcomes the traditional separation of the academic disciplines of law and business/economics. The MA in Research Training Program in Social Sciences is a one-year program particularly suited for research-focused students who are interested in subsequently completing a PhD in Germany. During the two semesters, the MA Research Training Program in Social Sciences  offers a deeper understanding of theory, contemporary research methods and debates within the social and political sciences. Students have the possibility to select courses most suitable to their own academic needs and objectives and will receive intensive supervision and counselling during the process of developing their individual profile.

The Semester contributions totaling 315.64 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes Semester fee 50.00 EUR, Contribution to the student body fee 9.75 EUR, Contribution to Student Services fee 54.09 EUR, Semester ticket for public transport 193.80 EUR and Solidarity contribution to the semester ticket 8.00 EUR

English language proficiency can also be proven by submission of UNIcert II certificate with minimum score of 3

Research Training Program in Social Sciences

The aim of the course is to provide students with in-depth knowledge of the physical and technical fundamentals in the field of quantum engineering as well as sound knowledge of the theoretical and experimental methods for obtaining new knowledge, including the necessary ability to abstract, analytical thinking, ability to to structure complex relationships and to be able to contribute successfully to the economy. Geared towards basic research, students receive a broad-based scientific education with a focus on nanosciences and quantum technology, which includes all the necessary knowledge in experimental physics, internships, theoretical physics and also an individual specialization.

The Master programme in Information and Electrical Engineering is based on a corresponding independent scientific work and research. This Master program allows students to develop their own profile right from the start, depending on their personal interests and strengths. The fields of competence of communications engineering allows an early professional orientation.
