The Master program in International Health focuses on health-related challenges in low and middle-income settings. The interdisciplinary approach aims to provide students with knowledge in international and global health, covering global public health, infectious and non-communicable diseases, chronic diseases, health economics and politics. Furthermore, students will be trained in research methods and skills in order to conduct research for their thesis.

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

International Health

The Master program in Urban Design brings together architecture, urban and regional planning, sociology, and landscape architecture. In cooperation with Tongji University in Shanghai, China, students have the opportunity to complete the degree program Urban Design as a double Master degree (dual degree program). Participants in the special program study together for one year in Berlin and for one year in Shanghai.

Urban Design

Master in Advanced Methods in Particle Physics focus on experimental and theoretical particle physics. Methodologically, the program is based on three pillars, each of which is associated with one of the three universities. These are machine learning and statistical data analysis, instrumentation and detector physics as well as large-scale scientific computing and programming. 
The International Master of Advanced Methods in Particle Physics (IMAPP) is a joint degree program offered by the Uni­ver­sity of Bologna (Italy), the Uni­ver­sity of Clermont Auvergne (France) and TU Dort­mund Uni­ver­sity (Germany), and it is supported by internationally re­nowned partner in­sti­tu­tions.

Advanced Methods in Particle Physics

Master of Science in Wood Science is a consecutive, research-oriented course, based upon fundamental knowledge of lignocellulose based bioresources and their ranges of application. It deepens the abilities of the students to the independent use of expertise, specifically for wood, to the independent research according scientific principles and in compliance with scientific methods, to the responsible classification of their knowledge in social contexts.

Wood Science

Universität Hamburg

The continuing studies program in Master of International Taxation, which students can attend while working, imparts theoretical and practical knowledge of international taxation, equipping future tax experts to solve complex problems. Students learn to judge the legal, corporate and financial consequences of various tax concepts within the context of globalization.
Note: Master of International Taxation (MI Tax) can be studied part-time and full-time. The standard period of study for the part-time variant is two semesters of face-to-face classes plus a Master thesis, as this is being studied part-time.

International Taxation
