Public Art and New Artistic Strategies

The Media Architecture study programme offers in the first instance a well-grounded further education qualification for contemporary media- and architecture-related vocations. The (Research) Master degree programme in Quantitative Economics (QE) is organized jointly by the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics and the Center for Mathematical Economics (IMW). Its quantitative analytical approach to economics provides the relevant skills to model and solve economic problems on an abstract level and to transfer the analytic solutions to real world applications. Language pre-requisites for international applicants includes Proof of German language skills

Applicants whose bachelor’s degree was made up of less than 210 credit points can be admitted to the programme under certain conditions. The Applicants has to successfully complete modules adding up to the difference between the credit points gained in the bachelor’s degree and 210 CP. These specific modules are to be defined by an admission committee.

Mechatronics and Robotics engineers at Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences solve the technical problems of today and develop the products of tomorrow, e.g. head-up displays that show important information in the drivers field of vision, inter-connected robots, laser processing machines and sensors in an industrial internet environment, lightweight, but high-strength bionic structures produced through 3D-printing. Mechatronics and robotics build the bridge between mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and informatics. For this reason, our students learn how to solve technical tasks through an interdisciplinary approach.

Since the first year is taught in English, you have also the opportunity to improve your German language skills with an obligatory intensive German course.
In the Advanced study period, which is taught mainly in German, you have the opportunity to specialize according to your preferences and strengths.

Semester contribution includes Berlin public transport ticket of 193.80 EUR per semester and 95 EUR per semester to the studierendenwerk BERLIN. The price for the ticket may increase slightly in future semesters

The Bachelor program Graphic Design and Visual Communication imparts theoretical, technological and creative skills in order to create print and media works. Students are introduced to typography, logo design, corporate design, poster design, illustration, photography, film, motion design, editorial design, graphic design in public space and web and app design. With the acquired knowledge graduates of B.A. Graphic Design and Visual Communication are prepared optimally for working as a freelancer or junior designer in design studios, advertising agencies or marketing departments.

Semester contribution includes admission fee of 980 EUR  only prospective students from non-EU/non-Schengen area

If your native language is not English, we still expect a good knowledge of the English language. For the B.A. Graphic Design and Visual Communication program, we require language level B2 (European Framework of Reference CEFR)

The specialisations IBPM - International Building Project Management provides you with the knowledge and tools to structure and manage complex superstructure projects: either self-employed, as a lead consultant for an international company or as a leading architect or engineer.
