The study program Advanced architecture concentrates on the combination of design and construction. Furthermore  „Advanced Architecture“ means designing and constructing on all scales  from urban contexts to the one-to-one detail. Advanced  future-oriented concepts are developed and dealt with in study projects  in office internships  with the FFin  as well as in close collaboration with our cooperation partners from the construction sector.

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

The Semester contributions totaling 359.80 EUR includes 11.00 EUR Student contribution to the student parliament, 1.00 EUR Culture ticket, 81.50 EUR Social contribution to the student union Frankfurt (student union) and 50.00 EUR Administration costs

As Advanced Architecture is taught entirely in English there is no need to hand in a German Language Certificate. However  please note that an English Language Certificate is mandatory!. Exemption: language of complete Bachelor program was English.

The program in Embedded systems engineering is connection between engineering and computer science. In the Master program, University provides students with versatile know-how in computer science and engineering. For your future as a research scientist or project leader in a company, you are well equipped to understand and bring together the "language" of both worlds of technology. The Master program in Mathematical Modeling, Simulation and Optimization prepare students for the entry into a highly internationalized working and research field. In addition to lectures on mathematical modeling, simulation and optimization of complex systems, elective modules allow an individual focus. An application- and research-oriented project seminar concludes the study program, additionally to the Master thesis. The degree program qualifies you as an expert with a repertoire of modern mathematical and computer-aided methods that you can apply flexibly to solve problems arising in various fields such as engineering, consulting or finance.

The Master program in Computer Science focuses on specializing students in at least one field of computer science. Having completed this programme, graduates will be able to define, autonomously and comprehensively, computer science problems and their applications, structure theme and build abstract models. Moreover, you will have the relevant knowledge to define and implement state-of-the-art solutions. This program is offered as a double degree in cooperation with  INSA Lyon, ENSIIE Evry-Paris, SUP'COM Tunisie and ENSI Tunisie.

Data and Discourse Studies is and interdisciplinary course of studies in discourse analysis with a focus on research data. Discourse analysis deals with the relationship between language, knowledge and society. The focus is on combining language analysis with historical, sociological, philosophical or political science research.  A central point is the handling of research data, their processing and digital analysis.  The course focuses on how these data are collected, organized, analyzed, and interpreted. This program can also be completed as part time with semester duration of 6 or 8, where each semester offers respective individual credit points.


Course language is English. Individual courses or modules can be offered in German. Be prepared to read scientific literature in German, too

The Kehl University of Applied Sciences is a university that offers bachelor's degrees exclusively for public service jobs. Its main task is to train civil servants for higher administrative service in the state, the municipality, the districts and other bodies, institutions and foundations under public law that are subject to state supervision. She shares this task with the University of Public Administration and Finance in Ludwigsburg, with whom she works closely because the students of both universities have to pass the same state examination.
 
 The University of Public Administration in Kehl is one of Germany's most prestigious institutions of its kind. It was established in 1971 and grew in the 1980s. Currently, 44 full-time professors and approximately 250 lecturers are teaching. Kiel University, also known as the Christian-Albrecht University of Kiel, is a university in Kiel, Germany. It was founded in 1665 and currently has 27,000 students approximately. Kiel University is the state's largest, oldest, and most prestigious university. Kiel University faculty, alumni, and researchers have received 12 Nobel Prizes. Since 2006, Kiel University has been a member of the German Universities Excellence Initiative. Kiel University is also affiliated with the Kiel Institute for the World Economy. The university is well-known for its emphasis on public international law.
 
 Kiel University has 190 courses that allow you students to learn a lot and exchange ideas with a lot of people. In addition to traditional subjects such as law and medicine, humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences are available. Applied fields of study, such as materials and technology sciences or agricultural and nutritional sciences, provide excellent career opportunities. The teaching degree is crucial.  The CAU is a part of an international network of contacts and relationships in the fields of science, culture, politics, and economics. Agreements for strategic collaboration have been signed with Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland and Dalhousie University in Canada.

Kiel University

Finding a room is not that easy around this University. We highly recommend to search for a room as soon as you get an admission from your university.

Philip I, Landgrave of Hesse, founded the Philipps University of Marburg in 1527, making it the oldest still-operating Protestant university in the world as well as one of Germany's oldest universities. With roughly 23,500 students and 7,500 staff members, it is presently a public university of the state of Hesse that is situated in Marburg, a town with 76,000 residents, with university facilities scattered across or near the town center. 
 
 The highest proportion of international students in Hesse, at around 14%, attend this school. Additionally, it provides student exchanges through the Erasmus program and an international summer university program. Today, it offers excellent teaching in a wide range of subjects in a total of 16 departments. Future-oriented topics with high relevance for society determine research in Marburg. With 13 Leibniz Prize winners, the Philipps University is one of the leading research institutions in the state of Hesse. Almost all scientific disciplines, with the exception of engineering, are represented at the Philipps University.

A privately funded, state-approved university of applied sciences from the SRH Holding in Heidelberg, the SRH Hochschule Heidelberg. SRH University Heidelberg

Technische Hochschule Lübeck (THL) is a technical university of applied sciences located in the hanseatic city of Lübeck in northern Germany. The TH Lübeck fulfills two roles at its regional location as a university of applied sciences (HAW): first, it collaborates with local businesses on application-oriented research and development, and second, it prepares future professionals through teaching that is practice-oriented. University of Applied Sciences Stralsund

The University of Greifswald is a university based in the Hanseatic city of Greifswald. It was founded in 1456 and is one of the oldest universities in Central Europe.

It is a comprehensive university because of the variety of topics it offers. Around 10,400 students attend school in Greifswald, with about two-thirds coming from outside Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, including numerous Erasmus and other foreign students from over 90 nations. Every year, a large number of students from all over the world come to Greifswald for a variety of reasons, including full-time study, student exchanges, internships, language courses, and more. Like people themselves, the opportunities are varied.
