The Media Architecture study programme offers in the first instance a well-grounded further education qualification for contemporary media- and architecture-related vocations. Their education is in the Master programme „Media  Technology and Society“. The graduates are experts in the development  planning  implementation and evaluation of new forms of communication  media and study methods for journalism  marketing and communication. The Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (German: Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg, DHBW) is a higher education institution with campuses throughout the German state of Baden-Württemberg. It provides dual-education (or cooperative education) bachelor's degree programs in business administration, engineering, and social services in collaboration with industry and non-profit institutions. It began a limited master's program in 2011.
 
 The Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) is Germany's first higher education institution to combine academic studies with on-the-job training. DHBW was founded on March 1, 2009, and its origins can be traced back to the Berufsakademie Baden-Wurttemberg. Today, the university continues the tradition of phenomenally successful and cooperative education. 
 
 Throughout its nine locations and three campuses, the university offers a broad range of undergraduate study programmes in the field of business, engineering, and social work. All degree programmes are both nationally and internationally accredited, count as intensive study programmes and are worth 210 ECTS credits. In addition, DHBW offers postgraduate degree programmes with integrated on-the-job training.

The federal state of Hamburg has recognized the European Distance University Hamburg through the authority for science, research, equality, and districts (BWFGB). The Hasso Plattner Institute (Hasso-Plattner-Institut für Digital Engineering gGmbH), abbreviated HPI, is a German information technology institute and faculty of the University of Potsdam located in Potsdam near Berlin. The teaching and research of HPI are focused on "IT-Systems Engineering". HPI was founded in 1998 and is the first, and as of 2018 the only entirely privately funded faculty in Germany. It is financed entirely through private funds donated by billionaire Hasso Plattner, who co-founded the software company SAP SE, and is currently the chairman of SAP's supervisory board. 
 
 HPI offers the innovation-oriented and practically based studies in "IT-Systems Engineering" with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree and master degrees in Digital Health, Data Engineering and Cybersecurity. The Nürtingen-Geislingen University (German: Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Umwelt Nürtingen-Geislingen) is a public university of applied sciences in Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany. In 2013, the HfWU successfully completed system accreditation and received the Accreditation Council seal. The HfWU is the 15th university in the country to be system-accredited, ranking fourth in Baden-Württemberg.
 
 At Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences, 128 professors and 429 lecturers instruct 5309 students in 31 courses, 16 of which are bachelor's and 15 of which are masters. External examinations include four master's programs, eight MBA programs, and eight bachelor's programs (full-time/part-time). The university has two camus, one in Nürtingen and one in Geislingen. Nuertingen-Geislingen University

One of the fourteen public research institutions in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia is Paderborn University (German: Universität Paderborn). The institution was established in 1972, and 20,308 students were enrolled there for the winter semester of 2016–2017. There are 62 distinct degree programs available. The main campus is in Paderborn, near Warburger Straße. Two dorms for students are owned by Paderborn University, and both are located close to the main campus. The library is located on the main campus.
 
 An extensive range of topics in the humanities, economics, natural sciences, and engineering are covered by the teaching and research profiles in the five faculties. The Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences, often known as HSRW or Hochschule Rhein-Waal, is a new and rapidly expanding public university in Germany that was founded for the 2009–10 winter semester. The bulk of its degree programs are offered entirely in English, making it the most globally focused institution in Germany.
 
 The two campuses of HSRW are situated in Kleve and Kamp-Lintfort. The German Rhine and the Dutch Waal are the inspirations for the names of the university. Through its four faculties—the Faculty of Technology & Bionics, Faculty of Life Sciences, Faculty of Society and Economics, and Faculty of Communication and Environment—it provides a variety of academic programs in both English and German, all are accredited by AQAS and ASIIN.

The Bingen Technical University of Applied Sciences (German: Technische Hochschule Bingen) is a university located in Bingen am Rhein, Germany. In 1897, it was founded. The faculty of biological sciences and engineering and the faculty of technology, informatics, and business are both parts of the University of Applied Sciences Bingen.

The Trier University of Applied Sciences has three campuses in Trier (main campus Schneidershof), Birkenfeld (Environmental Campus Birkenfeld), and Idar-Oberstein. The University of Applied Sciences in Neubrandenburg was established in 1991 and has grown to become a regional academic hub and driving force in teaching, research, and continuing education. It began with two academic programs and 164 students about 25 years ago.

There are currently 33 Bachelor's and Master's degrees available from 25 faculties to about 2,100 young people. At the University of Applied Science, research and teaching are conducted using a practical approach.

The student exchange between partner universities across Europe is supported by the ERASMUS+ initiative. The Neubrandenburg University of Applied Sciences offers the possibility for visiting students from partner universities outside the ERASMUS region to study there for one to two semesters based on current cooperation agreements.

In order to enroll in an ERASMUS program at the Neubrandenburg University of Applied Sciences for one or two semesters, international students from partner universities must submit an application to the international office of their home institution's ERASMUS coordinator.
