The degree programme in response to the high demand for specialists in the real estate sector with an understanding of the commercial matters surrounding property and with the ability to implement projects in the areas of intelligent building Technology and sustainability. As the largest branch of industry in Germany  the real estate sector is also the largest producer of CO2 emissions. This programme teaches how smart Technology can be put to use in properties to help protect the environment and make a contribution to environmental sustainability.

Students will graduate from the programme qualified to conduct day-to-day business in the sector and to face the challenges smart building Technology presents  as well as to develop long-term strategies and visions for establishing a sustainable approach towards properties in their different asset classes.

They will have developed the ability to plan and optimise the processes involved in smart building management using Technology such as the Internet of Things  energy management tools and other platforms.

50% of the modules are taught in German and 50% of the modules are taught in English.

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

No contribution fee is charged, but the registration fee for applicants from non-EU countries is 150 EUR

Political Economy of European Integration

Master course in Industrial Engineering  focuses on preparing engineers  how to successfully perform management and leadership tasks in technology focused international business operations. In this degree students expand their dancing capabilities and acquire theoretical and practical knowledge about dance and art, dance and architecture, and also dance and film. Kühne Logistics University, also known as the Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Logistik und Unternehmensführung (KLU), is a private university in Hamburg, Germany. KLU is one of only a few private universities in Germany that can award their own PhDs. Kühne Logistics University is situated in Hamburg’s HafenCity waterfront urban development area. The University of Kassel was established in 1971 and is a university in the central German state of Hessen. It has roughly 25,000 students and 3300 employees, more than 300 of them are professors.

The University of Kassel contains two campuses in the town of Witzenhausen in addition to the major campus Holländischer Platz, as well as campuses at Heinrich-Plett-Straße, Menzelstraße, Wilhelmshöher Allee, and Damaschkestraße in Kassel.
