The interdisciplinary MA program InterAmerican Studies/Estudios InterAmericanos deals with social  cultural  historical  and political developments in the Americas both on a national and transnational level. Updated with recent academic research  our program focuses on transnational and intercultural issues  as well as on the dynamics of globalization and world politics. We provide a space for an interdisciplinary dialogue between Literary  Cultural and Media Studies  Linguistics  Sociology  Political Science  and Transnational History. Therefore  applicants for the MA program InterAmerican Studies/Estudios InterAmericanos are expected to be interested in interdisciplinary analysis  intercultural exchange  international relations  and studying abroad.

As an international MA program  we offer all our courses in English and Spanish. Our students develop an in-depth knowledge of the cultures  societies  and histories of the Americas. In particular  they develop the ability to navigate transnational contexts and transcultural interrelationships. Moreover  since the demand for media skills on the job market has been continuously increasing  the MA program InterAmerican Studies/Estudios Inter-Americanos carries out annual media study projects.

As part of Its international profile  the MA program InterAmerican Studies/Estudios InterAmericanos offers a double degree option with the Maestría en Literaturas Interamericanas at the Universidad de Guadalajara (México). This option allows those interested to complete both the MA program in Bielefeld and the Maestría in Guadalajara at the same time.

With Its double cultural focus on the North and Latin American regions  our program trains experts in international  intercultural  and social communication processes with key qualifications in the areas of cultural mediation and knowledge transfer. This interdisciplinary character enables a variety of career choices. Graduates of our MA program work in various areas such as management consulting  in international organizations  event and cultural management  press and the media  tourism  consulates and embassies  as well as at universities and in language schools.

As an international MA program  we offer all our courses in English and Spanish.

For the Master of InterAmerican Studies Program Advanced language skills in English (B2) and Spanish (B2) are required  as the vast majority of courses offered are taught in these languages. When applying for admission  the two language certificates must be submitted. Students can take the language exams at the University of Bielefeld. Other language certificates (for example  TOEFL)  are also accepted

Applicants also have a Certificate of Advanced knowledge of Spanish level (B2).

In the Energy Systems Engineering degree programme at the European Campus Rottal-Inn in Pfarrkirchen, you will be trained as an engineer for energy systems technology and deal with energy generation, conversion, storage, use and transport. This enables you to shape the change in the energy supply system away from fossil raw materials as an energy source towards renewable energies. With your help, for example, new supply concepts are created, you deal with decentralised energy systems, you ensure the security of the energy supply or further develop the intelligent power grid. Everything for a more sustainable and environmentally friendly energy industry.

It is mandatory to do an internship. It is easier to find internship when it is mandatory. 3-6 months is most common.

In TOEIC, the listening level should be 400-485 and the reading level should be 385-450

Students will be prepared for all eventualities that can happen on board a ship and in dealing with own shipping company. Ecological, engineering, logistical and safety-related issues play a major role in seafaring. The annual training trip on a sailing schooner, as well as the practical semesters on board, round off the practical part of the course and deepen the nautical knowledge.

With deep roots in its Lower Bavarian roots, the Technical University of Deggendorf grew to become Bavaria's most successful new university of applied sciences in the 1990s. Nobody could have predicted this level of success in the first year. With the future in mind, the Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences has made it through the gradual development of appealing fields of study, supplemented by an appealing range of further education, intensive research activities and knowledge and technology transfer to the regional economy, picking up on economic and social trends, and cultivating regional and international contacts.
 
 Over 8,000 young people are currently studying in Deggendorf, Pfarrkirchen, and Cham. More than one-third of them come from other countries to study in Lower Bavaria. Numerous bachelor's and master's programs are available in these fields, as well as continuing education. All courses are of national and international quality. Since 1946, the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz has been a public research university in Mainz, Rhineland Palatinate, Germany. It is one of Germany's largest universities, with approximately 32,000 students spread across 100 schools and clinics. The university was reorganized into 11 faculties of study on January 1, 2005. 
 
 The university is a member of the German U15, a coalition of fifteen of Germany's most prestigious and research-intensive medical universities. The Johannes Gutenberg University is regarded as one of Germany's most prestigious institutions. The Academic Ranking of World Universities 2017 and the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2017 place it among the top 300 universities in the world.
 
 Almost all the institutions and facilities of the University of Mainz are housed on the site of a former barracks in the city's south-west. The university medical center, Mainz Academy of Arts (Kunsthochschule Mainz), as well as the Department of Applied Linguistics and Cultural Sciences, are located off campus in Germersheim. The Max Planck Institute for Chemistry, the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research, the Institute of Molecular Biology, the electron accelerator MAMI, the research reactor TRIGA, the botanical garden, a sports stadium, and an indoor swimming pool are all located on the university's campus. 
 
 The range of studies is extensive; however, some technical studies, veterinary medicine, and nutrition science are not available at the university. The Leibniz University Hannover (LUH) is a public research university in the German city of Hanover. It is one of Germany's largest and oldest science and technology universities, having been founded in 1831. Leibniz University Hannover is a member of the TU9, an association of Germany's nine leading Institutes of Technology. 
 
 It enrolled 25,688 students in the 2014/15 school year, including 2,121 from other countries. It has nine faculties that offer 190 full and part-time degree programs in 38 disciplines. The university is a sponsor of the German National Library of Science and Technology (TIB), the world's largest science and technology library. At the same time, the city is home to a number of world-renowned companies and hosts one of the world's largest trade fairs of its kind: the Hanover Industrial Fair.
 
 The university is the second-largest institution of higher education in Lower Saxony, with nine faculties and over 190 first-degree full-time and part-time degree courses. The university employs 2930 research and teaching personnel, 321 of whom are professors. It has 1810 additional administrative employees, 90 apprentices, and approximately 1400 third-party funded employees. The university's campus is made up of 160 buildings that cover 322,700 square meters (79.7 acres) of floor space.

One of Stuttgart's ten higher education institutions is the Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart - University of Applied Sciences (German: Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart, HFT Stuttgart). Winterschule für Bauhandwerker, which was founded in 1832 as a school for building artisans, became a University of Applied Sciences in 1971. The campus sits in the heart of Stuttgart.

The Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences has three faculties. The close proximity is appreciated by researchers, instructors, and students. The faculties are connected by numerous interdisciplinary research and study projects at all levels. All three faculties have laboratories and other resources for instruction and research. Stuttgart Technology University of Applied Sciences

Finding a room is VERY DIFFICULT around this University. Start ASAP. You are most likely on a waiting list for a student hostel accommodation even if you delay few days.

The Technische Hochschule Georg Agricola (THGA), a private, state-accredited university of applied sciences with headquarters in Bochum, Germany, was originally known as FH Bergbau and TFH Bochum. It was established in 1816 as a Bergschule (mine school) to educate mining supervisors and foremen (Steiger), and it expanded into an engineering college and then a university in the 20th century.

The university at present provides 14 bachelor's and master's degree programs in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, electrical engineering, and information technology, as well as geological resources and process engineering. There were about 2,500 students enrolled in classes at THGA during the winter semester of 2017–2018, of whom about 55% had signed up for a part–time degree. Research on post-mining is one of THGA's primary areas of concentration.

Three faculties make up THGA, which offers a total of eight bachelor's degree programs and six master's degree programs at the moment. About 80% of dissertations examine issues that are pertinent to a corporation, demonstrating the practical relevance with which teaching and learning are intended. The majority of courses can also be taken part-time. The Research Institute of Post-Mining (FZN) was set up in 2015 with financial assistance from RAG-Stiftung and state/EU grants. As the only research institute of its kind anywhere in the world, it carries out research into the so-called perpetual obligations associated with coal mining.

The university's faculty and employees come from many different countries. Their employees participate in international networks where they conduct research, work, and collaborate.
