Osnabrück's English and American Studies are characterized by the close integration of the sub-subjects of language, literature and cultural studies. Key areas of research and teaching are the English Renaissance (with a focus on Shakespeare), "Late Modern English", construction grammar, English-language children's and young adult literature, American literature and culture (including visual media), British contemporary culture and English vocabulary and Its teaching .
The course is organized in stages. It begins with the Bachelor degree in "Vocational Education". You can then complete the Master degree in “Teaching at Vocational Schools”. The teaching subject English is to be studied in combination with a vocational subject as well as vocational and business education.

English language proficiency can proven by passing modules at a university (at least 30 credit points according to ECTS) with English as the exclusive language of instruction and exams taken in English or a successfully completed degree in the subject English or School leaving exam of a school with English as the exclusive language of instruction, that qualifies for studying at a university in the respective country

Management and Entrepreneurship

The Master program Management and Digital Technologies deals with entrepreneurial questions related to the management and application of digital technologies. This program is jointly offered by the Munich School of Management and the Institute for Informatics, both at LMU Munich.

The Popular Music Studies Programme operates in international networks and discourses. This enables you to rub shoulders with players from the fields of research and practice. Popular Music Studies minor can only be studied in combination with a major.

Minor Popular Music Studies

The Master program is part of the Max Planck School Matter to Life. This internationally oriented project comprises cooperating Master programs at three different university locations, supported by German research institutes by a network of renowned scientists. Matter to Life covers areas such as bio-nanotechnology and synthetic biology.

Technical University of Munich

Master program in Science and Technology studies primarily deals with the conditions and consequences of scientific and technological knowledge production and dissemination in radically technologized societies. The program puts the relations and interactions between science, technology, society and politics front and center. From biotechnology to energy transitions, from automated mobility to data security - the big challenges society is facing today are inseparably scientific, technical and social.

English language skills can be proven by 12 credits obtained in the Bachelor program for courses held in English

Science and Technology Studies (STS)

The continuing education Master program in Space Engineering prepares students to meet the challenges posed by global trend in space technologies. The program teaches students applied specialist knowledge in the area of space engineering. students will acquire a broad-based knowledge of areas such as space system design, space mission planning and operations, space robotics, and satellite technology.

The Semester contributions totaling 307.54 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes Administrative fee 50 EUR, Student body contribution fee 9.65 EUR, Student work Berlin fee 54.09 EUR and Semesterticket contribution fee 193.80 EUR

All applicants whose first language is English or who completed their first degree in an English-speaking country, are exempted from providing proof of language proficiency

Space Engineering (Hybrid)

The ongoing miniaturisation in the microelectronics industry leads to systems that are now being referred to as nanoelectronic systems. The Master program in Nanoelectronic system focuses on three key areas; technologies for nanoelectronic systems, design of nanoelectronic systems and applications of nanoelectronic systems. Practical training is also offered in the program in parallel with theoretical concept.

The Semester contributions totaling 290.30 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes Student Union fee 87.50 EUR, Student Council and Student Representation fee 7.60 EUR and Semester Ticket fee 195.20 EUR
