In this Master programme will learn to conduct independent academic work in the modern  interdisciplinary field of Molecular Life Sciences. Key issues in genetics  cell and developmental biology will be discussed and critically analysed. The primary focus of these analyses is in both a theoretical and a practical sense  molecular network analyses on various levels (genomic  proteomic  and metabolomics).In the first year of the programme  students will already take three Advanced courses from the areas of developmental biology  cell biology  molecular genetics  system biology  and biophysics in addition to the core courses required for all students. The Bachelor degree Nautical Sciences/Transport Operations is offered in a cooperation between the University of Wismar and the PoliMARIN Semarang/Indonesia. The course content enables you to work in the field of maritime logistics. Areas of application include route planning, disposition or activities in the claims department. The primary area of ​​application for graduates is ship management and nautical and cargo-related ship operations on modern container and ferry ships, tankers and special ships. As a graduate of this course, students will be able to take up duties as a navigational watch officer on board merchant ships immediately after completing studies.
