Once you've filled in and submitted the application form, our student advisory service contacts you and invites you to a personal interview., We carefully check that your documents are complete and that you meet the admission requirements. If any documents are missing, our student advisory service contacts you by phone or email., We send you a study contract. Sign it and send it back. When we receive the contract, you are enrolled with us. Your studies can begin.

It is mandatory to do an internship. It is easier to find internship when it is mandatory. 3-6 months is most common.

Design

Macromedia University of Applied Sciences

Communication and Information Technology programme with a highly research-oriented curriculum, teaching from solid fundamentals and state-of-the-art methods to up-to-date content from wireless communications, signal processing, optical communication devices, integrated circuits, RF engineering, sensor principles, machine learning and embedded systems.Core subjects as well as various specialisation modules provide a broad, yet in-depth background aimed at the above areas and allow for a study focus according to personal interests. By choosing specific modules, an up-to-date specialisation in either Communications Engineering, Communications Circuits and Systems, Intelligent Embedded Systems or Sensor Circuits and Systems is achieved.

The programme is taught entirely in English; additional German language classes are part of the programme.

The Master degree programme in Translational Medical Research  focuses on the transfer of knowledge derived from basic molecular and cellular research into new approaches for the diagnosis and therapy of disease, and on the translation of unmet clinical needs into basic research questions that can be addressed through experimentation. Ecological Engineering

The Master in Geophysics is a research-oriented programme that offers individual specialisation. Students are often involved in international research projects that include field studies and offer an opportunity to further the experience already gained during Bachelor studies.

Geophysics

The European Master Degree in Human Rights and Democratisation is a one-year, multidisciplinary academic postgraduate program run jointly by 41 European universities and institutes. The program combines theoretical and practical approaches to issues in the fields of human rights and democratization.
The Master Degree is divided into two semesters. Students spend the first semester (18 weeks) in Venice (University of Padua); they are then able to spend the second semester in Hamburg (or at other of the 41 partner universities).

Extended Ecumenical Studies is an international and interdisciplinary degree program that aimed at students with different religious and cultural backgrounds. While the standard degree program Ecumenical Studies covers two semesters, students may also choose to deepen their studies even further within the four-semester degree program Extended Ecumenical Studies.
