ASC stands for Advanced Signal Processing and Communications Engineering and it is a new Master programme for students who want to specialize in this field. The ASC programme is designed for students with Bachelor degree focusing on information and communication technology. Its diploma is recognized internationally and meets the requirements for subsequent doctoral studies. The four-semester curriculum starts in winter. All courses are taught in English and do not require prior knowledge in German language. The program emphasizes on fundamental concepts of modern technologies in the areas of signal processing and communications. Moreover through hands-on experiments and research projects students can build a solid understanding in one or more of the technical subjects including information theory statistical signal processing machine learning optimization and game theory.

127 EUR per semester for student services and a semester ticket. The semester ticket is valid for public transportation in Nuremberg Erlangen and Fürth on weekends and public holidays all day long and during working days from 7pm to 6am
Minimum grade requirement is a Bachelor degree above average or at least 2.0 (straight B) in German grading system.
Language certificate or Medium of Instruction certificate would be fine for proving your English skill
Applicants from China, Vietnam and India need to submit APS Certificate
Optionally all applicants can submit Certificates of German language courses or tests and Recommendation letters of two of your academic teachers that know you well to enhance the possibilities of admission
