Master programme in Cultural Studies: Culture and Organization is dedicated to the relationship between culture, the arts and organization. The programme introduces cultural and sociological theories as critical lenses for studying contemporary organization and organizing. On this basis, the students learn to engage with organizational and entrepreneurial practices in different sectors, systems, fields and industries of arts and culture.

Minimum requirement includes Bachelor degree in Art History/Visual Studies/Visual Culture, Business Studies/Economics, Communication Studies, Cultural Analysis/Cultural Studies, Ethnology/Social Anthropology/Cultural, Anthropology, Film Studies, Gender Studies, Human Geography, Literary Studies, Medial Studies, Musicology, Philosophy, Political Science, Science of History, Sociology, or Theater Studies) or at least an equivalent qualification with 60 CP in modules relevant to the listed subjects/disciples and also 10 CP in scientific theory and scientific methods.
As a part of selection process applicants will be invited for an interview.
English language proficiency can proven by passing modules at a university (at least 30 credit points according to ECTS) with English as the exclusive language of instruction and exams taken in English or a successfully completed degree in the subject English or School leaving exam of a school with English as the exclusive language of instruction, that qualifies for studying at a university in the respective country
