virtual reality and expanded realities in general are about to break into almost every area of life. They will soon become part of everyday life just like the smartphone today. Students are helping to shape this future in the international bachelor’s program Expanded Realities. They conceive  design and develop new worlds and applications and contribute to a completely new media language. They Master the technological aspects of virtual  augmented or mixed reality as well as the creative and conceptual production of content and develop an understanding of the ethical and social dimensions of this new medium.

Step 1
Apply online via the uni-assist portal. Note the necessary application documents that you need to upload there (no postal submissions). About 4 weeks after receipt of your application  uni-assist will inform you about the current processing status. If your application is formally correct  your data will be forwarded to the Hochschule Darmstadt. 

Step 2
If your application is successful  you will receive a letter of admission from the Hochschule Darmstadt. This letter of admission contains a binding enrolment date and a list of documents that you must submit by Email in order to enrol. 

Incomplete or incorrect documents will result in the cancellation of the notification of admission! The place originally allocated to you will then be allocated to someone else.

It is mandatory to do an internship. It is easier to find internship when it is mandatory. 3-6 months is most common.

The Master program focuses on the study of cultural modernity in Language and Literature as well as Culture  Art  Textiles  Media and Business Studies at the interfaces of the Baltic  North Sea and North Atlantic zones. Credits are gained by research-oriented  postgraduate study of the culture  literature  language and visual media (arts  fashion  film) of German  Scandinavian and English-speaking Atlantic countries. KSM offers the only postgraduate study program in Europe with this research constellation.

To apply for admission to a degree program at Europa-Universität Flensburg  you must complete two steps:

The Bachelor’s degree in International Business Studies (BSc) is a perfect start into a professional career in international business. The three-year program provides you with all essential knowledge for understanding and analyzing the international business environment. The distinct international perspective of the program reflects the growing importance of multinational operations and emphasizes the comparative study of business strategies and policies. The program consists of core and elective modules in a variety of fields  such as international business  international economics  and international politics  with all courses conducted in English.

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

International Master study programme in Translational Neuroscience is consecutive to a Bachelor programme and is addressed to students interested in basic and clinical research in neuroscience. Translational neuroscience uses this knowledge and technological advances to help developing new diagnostic procedures and therapies for patients with neurological or psychiatric disorders.

The Berlin University of the Arts (UdK Berlin, Berlin University of the Arts until 2001) is Europe's largest art school. It dates back to 1696, when Friedrich III. donated the Electoral Academy of Mahler, Sculptor, and Architectur Art, making it one of the world's most traditional schools of this type. It was formed over the course of 150 years by the gradual merger of various educational institutions for music, architecture, fine arts, and design.
 
 The UdK is divided into four faculties: fine arts, design, music, and performing arts. Furthermore, the Berlin Career College serves as a resource for additional training opportunities. The German public research university University of Mannheim, also known as UMA, is located in Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg.

The university's main campus is at the Mannheim Palace, and both campuses are in the heart of the city.
