IMIS Online as a Master of Arts degree in International Management and Information Systems prepares students for leadership roles in a globalised economy where the intelligent use of IT systems is becoming a critical success factor. The program is aimed at professionals and is designed in such a way that they do not have to give up their jobs but can study part-time and primarily online (also outside Germany). Therefore, IMIS Online is characterized by a reduced workload. In addition, online-learning courses enable studying anywhere and anytime.

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

International Economics and Public Policy

The Master program is primarily intended for graduates of a law program at a German university, but is also open to students who have obtained a Bachelor degree in other fields. The Master program lasts a maximum of two years and includes one year abroad at Tongji University Shanghai. Students who take part in the written state examination in spring can bridge the "empty" phase until their oral examination in a meaningful way by taking up the double Master program in the summer semester and enrolling at Tongji University. The first part of the study program serves as a preparation for the one-year stay in Shanghai, which starts in the winter semester. In addition to the participation in a Chinese language course, the study program includes the attendance of a three-week summer school, which takes place alternately in Konstanz or Berlin.
