The Master program in industrial mathematics are able to mathematically model complex technical and scientific problems and process and solve these problems with the help of such models and mathematical tools. Due to their interdisciplinary education, students are able to independently understand technical problems, develop efficient software to solve them, and have strong skills in mathematical modeling and analysis. Industrial mathematicians work in various fields, especially in the RandD departments of industry, in software development or as consultants for IT and data processing; however, like mathematicians, they can also be found in various other fields.
