The Master in International Management (MAIM) programme builds on the student's broad general understanding of the field and offers them the chance to acquire a more specialized Advanced qualification that prepares them for high-level management positions in an international business environment.The intercultural and language skills of the students, which are particularly expected in internationally operating companies/organisations/institutions, form the profile of the programme. Furthermore, students should be enabled to think critically and to act freely, responsibly, democratically and socially. In addition to sound knowledge in the central management areas, students should gain a deep insight into theoretical approaches and relevant research results.

Applicants require a Bachelor degree (180 ECTS) in business or economics (or equivalent) with an average mark of 2.9 or better. Minimum requirements are: 60 ECTS in business or economics, 5 ECTS in business law, and 10 ECTS in mathematics/statistics.
