The Master of Comparative Business Law (M.C.B.L.) program provide an in depth understanding of business law aspects of the European single market and the Global market.  It has been designed for graduates with a degree in law or with a sufficient background in law, who wish to specialize in business law while taking a comparative perspective. The M.C.B.L. is a high-level demanding postgraduate program in the fields of European and International business law. Students enrolled in this program will acquire specific knowledge of the legal framework of the European Union as well as the factors in international trade law.

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

The Semester contributions totaling 194.30 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes Administration fee 70 EUR, Student Union fee 110.30 EUR and Constituted student body fee 14 EUR

Master of Comparative Business Law

This Master degree programme provides in-depth knowledge of materials science. An extensive selection of supplementary elective subjects allows for specialization and deepening of his or her professional Competencies, which is based on the individual interests as well as the future career plans of the respective student. Special emphasis is placed on the acquisition of soft skills and a confident approach to scientific project work in addition to the teaching of specialist knowledge. Thus, this program provides students with broad career opportunities in international industry and academia.

The semester fee of 117.50 EUR consist of Student Service fee and the contribution for the semester ticket

Proof does not have to be provided if the university entrance qualification or the relevant first professional qualification was acquired in English

Materials Science and Engineering

The Master program provides the in-depth knowledge required for a more research-oriented professional activity in epidemiological fields, as well as the skills to develop and communicate scientific results. Epidemiology examines the distribution and influencing factors of health-related conditions and events in the population and applied the knowledge gained to control health problems. The aim of the Epidemiology Master program is to safely analyze health challenges at national and international level, to plan and conduct studies and to implement their results.

The Semester contributions totaling 337.39 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes Semester ticket fee 226.14 EUR, Student union fee 94.00 EUR, Constituted student body fee 13.10 EUR, Student sports committee general university sports fee 1.60 EUR and Student aid fund  AStA (General Student Committee) fee 2.55 EUR

Degree in an English-language course or ESOL, CAE, CPE can also be used as proof of language proficiency

The Continuing Education Master degree in Urban Management aims to equip students with the specialist knowledge required to practically address the problems involved in the management and design of such spatial transformation processes. The program also focuses closely on the skills required for management, communication, and applying for positions.

Double Master Programme in Economics helps students to get a better understanding of economic and social problems, such as the design of markets and their regulation, individual behavior, public and monetary policy, and taxation, learn how to apply these methods and tools to independently analyse and develop conceptual models to predict responses to changes in policy and market conditions, and develop ideas on how to solve complex economic problems in a globalised, interconnected world by considering cross-national connections and effects.
After successful studies, you will graduate with both Master degrees: : a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Cologne and a Master of Arts in Economics from Keio University.

The Semester contributions totalling 309.15 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes AStA contribution fee 10.00 EUR, Student Sport fee 1.75 EUR, NRW semester ticket fee 201.40 EUR, Faculty Assignment fee 2.50 EUR, Administrative and hardship contribution fee 3.50 EUR and KStW fee 90.00 EUR

English native speakers are exempt from proving language proficiency

The Bachelor degree program International Digital Business invites students to an exploration of digital industries and to prepare for starting a professional career in a digital company. Business Administration degree program focus on business information systems and specialising on digital industries. The degree program includes a semester abroad at one of the university's approximately 180 partner universities and an internship semester at an internationally active company. The study program unfolds along a project-based didactic approach, in which scientific foundations are applied to frame and solve real business problems.

The Master Programme in Integrated Urban Development and Design (IUDD) train students to develop abilities that will encourage them to react to transformation processes that are typical for the beginning of the 21st century: Urban landscapes of dispersed character  global markets as well as global challenges in environment and society  virtual spaces  powerful actors in the construction business and postmodern lifestyles are raising new challenges for the spatial Competencies of planners and designers dedicated to larger scales but with a sense for detail.
The aim of the consecutive programme is the training of local and international "curators for urban space". This takes place through a combination of spatial scientific-analytical and urban developmental-design oriented education  as well as through an integrated practical component or an in-depth semester in China.
The programme aims to deepen  expand and apply technical and methodological skills already acquired. These should also be considered in the context of international perspectives and enable interdisciplinary work.
