Course Details

Master programme in Public Sector Innovation and E-Governance aims to provide students with the knowledge, skills and methods necessary to meet the academic and professional standards in the fields of public management, information systems and e-Governance. Programme is offered in cooperation with the Katholieke Universiteit (KU) Leuven in Belgium and the Tallinn University of Technology in Estonia. Students complete their first semester at the KU Leuven, spend their second semester at the University of Münster, and finish in Tallinn in their third semester.
