Master programme in Public Sector Innovation and E-Governance aims to provide students with the knowledge, skills and methods necessary to meet the academic and professional standards in the fields of public management, information systems and e-Governance. Programme is offered in cooperation with the Katholieke Universiteit (KU) Leuven in Belgium and the Tallinn University of Technology in Estonia. Students complete their first semester at the KU Leuven, spend their second semester at the University of Münster, and finish in Tallinn in their third semester.

The Semester contributions totalling 316.03 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes Student union fee 99.11 EUR, Supplementary student insurance fee 0.23 EUR, University Sports fee 1.40 EUR, Student body fee 11.75 EUR, University radio station fee 0.30 EUR, Semester ticket for cultural events fee 3.40 EUR and Semester ticket 199.84 EUR
Minimum requirement includes an undergraduate degree (minimum 180 ECTS) in public administration, social science, political science, information systems, information science, informatics, engineering, business, law.
English native speakers are exempt from proving language proficiency
Applicants can submit documents related to additional qualifications (work placements, internships etc.) and certificate of additional language proficiency
