Furthermore, students should be enabled to think critically and to act freely, responsibly, democratically and socially. In addition to sound knowledge in the central management areas, students should gain a deep insight into theoretical approaches and relevant research results.

It is mandatory to do an internship. It is easier to find internship when it is mandatory. 3-6 months is most common.
