Polymer science is an interdisciplinary area comprised of chemical, physical, engineering, processing and theoretical aspects. It also has enormous impact on contemporary materials science. Its goal is to provide the basis for the creation and characterization of polymeric materials and an understanding for structure/property relationships. Microelectronics has not only triggered the enormous growth in information and communication technologies but it has also become an important factor in many other areas. The new discipline is called microsystem technology. The future development will certainly result in the integration of microsystem components with microelectronic devices. International Logistics and Supply Chain Management (Part Time)

The aim of the biomedical chemistry course is to act as a link between the three disciplines and thus to bundle approaches and strategies from the individual areas. The Master degree in biomedical chemistry has a clear focus on the areas of biochemistry, organic chemistry, Pharmacology and pharmaceutical/medicinal chemistry as well as elective subjects from the field of biomedicine. Biomedical Chemistry

Chemistry is the part of science that deals with the properties of chemical elements and their compounds. The course of chemical reactions is analyzed and used synthetically depending on various external parameters, such as changes in pressure and temperature. With the help of physical investigation methods and experimental observations, models are developed that lead to a qualitative and quantitative understanding of substance properties, such as the structure and reaction behavior of molecules and solids.  This programme teaches graduates to understand the  diverse interdisciplinary points of contact between chemistry and biology, physics, pharmacy and medicine.

Chemistry
