The graduate program Behaviour: From Neural Mechanisms to Evolution provides the relevant interdisciplinary scientific training for a comprehensive education. It introduces concepts  fundamental experimental techniques  and the theoretical approaches that are required to perform research at the frontiers of this ambitious scientific field.

The innovative M.Sc. programme Clean Energy Processes is enabling students
to deepen their knowledge in chemical engineering  process engineering and
electrical engineering while allowing students to choose one of two specialisations. In the specialisation „energy technologies“  fundamental methods for the
development and implementation of new technologies for the generation and
conversion of renewable energies are studied in-depth. In the field of study „energy systems“  competencies are acquired in particular in the application areas
of the further development of energy systems. Methods are deepened which facilitate the design of process chains for the generation  utilization and integration of renewable energies in the energy system and integration of renewable
energies in chemical processes.
The programme is designed to allow students to create an individually tailored
curriculum with laboratory courses  elective modules and modules from both
specialisations. Students will gain hands-on experience through laboratory
courses and a mandatory internship that can be conducted either in industry or

Physics deals with the study of inanimate nature. It is the basic science for other natural sciences and for many engineering sciences. The aim of the Physics Master course is an extended education in experimental and theoretical physics and the specialization of the students in a research-related sub-area of ​​physics. The range of lectures that lead directly to modern research is correspondingly wide-ranging. 

Submission of a German Abitur certificate which shows that at least five years English have been attended in school lessons and at least sufficient or 5 points was completed is accepted as proof of language requirement

The Master program is primarily intended for graduates of a law program at a German university, but is also open to students who have obtained a Bachelor degree in other fields. The Master program lasts a maximum of two years and includes one year abroad at Tongji University Shanghai. Students who take part in the written state examination in spring can bridge the "empty" phase until their oral examination in a meaningful way by taking up the double Master program in the summer semester and enrolling at Tongji University. The first part of the study program serves as a preparation for the one-year stay in Shanghai, which starts in the winter semester. In addition to the participation in a Chinese language course, the study program includes the attendance of a three-week summer school, which takes place alternately in Konstanz or Berlin. Comparative Studies on German, European and Chinese Law (Double Master Program)
