The consecutive Digital Engineering Master programme combines academically specialised expertise from the Civil Engineering and Computer Science and Media disciplines. The coursework is centred on a practical transfer of methodical interrelations between engineering and computer science for complete digitisation of design  manufacturing  and application processes. In this international Master programme you will use a range of modelling concepts as a basis for experimentation with complex processes in computer-aided modelling  simulation and visualisation of engineering problems. In addition  you will deepen your knowledge of information-theory methods of data generation and data handling. The aim is the representation  interpretation  evaluation  and optimisation of interdisciplinary processes in construction  mechanical engineering and other industrial fields. Following the long Bauhaus tradition  projects  use cases and methods for digital civil engineering move into focus. The Bingen Technical University of Applied Sciences (German: Technische Hochschule Bingen) is a university located in Bingen am Rhein, Germany. In 1897, it was founded. The faculty of biological sciences and engineering and the faculty of technology, informatics, and business are both parts of the University of Applied Sciences Bingen. 

More than 2,500 students take use of the extensive course selection, which includes a wide range of biological and scientific courses in addition to courses in modern information and communication technologies and classic engineering disciplines. The good infrastructure and the scenic location at the confluence of the Rhine and Nahe were decisive for the choice of location. The Technische Hochschule Georg Agricola (THGA), a private, state-accredited university of applied sciences with headquarters in Bochum, Germany, was originally known as FH Bergbau and TFH Bochum. It was established in 1816 as a Bergschule (mine school) to educate mining supervisors and foremen (Steiger), and it expanded into an engineering college and then a university in the 20th century.

The university at present provides 14 bachelor's and master's degree programs in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, electrical engineering, and information technology, as well as geological resources and process engineering. There were about 2,500 students enrolled in classes at THGA during the winter semester of 2017–2018, of whom about 55% had signed up for a part–time degree. Research on post-mining is one of THGA's primary areas of concentration.

Three faculties make up THGA, which offers a total of eight bachelor's degree programs and six master's degree programs at the moment. About 80% of dissertations examine issues that are pertinent to a corporation, demonstrating the practical relevance with which teaching and learning are intended. The majority of courses can also be taken part-time. The Research Institute of Post-Mining (FZN) was set up in 2015 with financial assistance from RAG-Stiftung and state/EU grants. As the only research institute of its kind anywhere in the world, it carries out research into the so-called perpetual obligations associated with coal mining.

TH Georg Agricola University of Applied Sciences (THGA)

A non-profit public higher education institution, Hochschule für Nachhaltige Entwicklung Eberswalde (Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development) was established in 1992 and is situated in the center of the sizable town of Eberswalde.

The bustling Berlin, the German capital, is only 60 kilometers from the Eberswalde campus. The University for Sustainable Development Eberswalde, with its 17 degree programs, has a distinctive focus on sustainable economics.

This modern campus university has 2,300 students from 57 different countries and more than 370 staff members working in research, teaching, and other positions. It is located in a large tract of natural scenery not far from the city of Berlin. There are currently 20 different study programs offered by the university's four faculties of forestry and the environment, landscape management and nature conservation, wood engineering, and sustainable business, some of which are exclusive to Germany. These programs allow students to gain knowledge in forestry, organic farming, climate change adaptation, sustainable business, timber construction, and sustainable tourism management.

The University of Applied Sciences for Sustainable Development Eberswalde (FH) is renowned for its highly successful research in addition to its successful students and instructors.

The "HNEE Internationalisation 2.0" initiative aims to improve the institutional structural framework with regard to internationalization and to promote the establishment of a new internationalization strategy at the University for Sustainable Development. The project gives the HNEE an excellent opportunity to strengthen connections and linkages with partner universities in Canada and South Africa. The undertaking will last through December 2023.
