The Law Faculty of the University Augsburg offers a one year LL.M. Program in Intellectual Property and Competition Law as part of the of Munich Intellectual Property Law Center Framework. Using a wide range of modules, the program comprehensively covers all aspects of European and international law with regard to intellectual property and competition law. The Semester contributions totaling 114.85 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes Studentenwerk 52.00 EUR and Semester ticket 62.85 EUR
The fee is due in three installments: 3,000 EUR as a non-refundable guarantee payment within four weeks after admission, 16,450 EUR by August 1 and 13,400 EUR by March 1 of the following year
Minimum entry requirements include a Bachelor degree in law, natural sciences or engineering with 240 ECTS credits.
If you have less than 240 ECTS credits, additional 60 ECTS credits can be acquired through professional experience of 1 years apart from the standard requirement of work experience.
Native speakers of English are exempted from providing language proof
A degree from an institution at which English was the language of instruction can be used as proof of language requirement
Documents must be translated in English or German
Applicants from China, Vietnam, India and Mongolia require original APS certificate
