Course Details

The Law Faculty of the University Augsburg offers a one year LL.M. Program in Intellectual Property and Competition Law as part of the of Munich Intellectual Property Law Center Framework. Using a wide range of modules, the program comprehensively covers all aspects of European and international law with regard to intellectual property and competition law. Students are assisted by means of an individual tutoring program and are supervised during their work on their Master thesis.

Entry Requirements

Minimum entry requirements include a Bachelor degree in law, natural sciences or engineering with 240 ECTS credits.

If you have less than 240 ECTS credits, additional 60 ECTS credits can be acquired through professional experience of 1 years apart from the standard requirement of work experience.
