The Master degree of Physics focuses on astrophysics  and astroparticle physics, optical sciences and solid-state physics on the experimental side, and computational and statistical physics, light-matter interaction, quantum gravity, and condensed matter physics on the theoretical side. The Bachelor degree in International Business and Technology (IBT) offers a unique combination of international business, a technical specialization and two foreign languages. Our students later work as industrial engineers (BEng) in an international work environment. You will learn the language of engineering and natural sciences as well as that of economists and use them in an internationally oriented company. 
The study program initially covers the basis of economics and technology as well as two foreign languages. From the third semester, the students specialize in a subject (natural science and technology, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering) and study this at the participating faculties.
Note:  Dual study options enable applicants not only to gain practical experience concurrently with your studies, dual models also offer financial security. Dual study options link a university degree with either a regular apprenticeship (academic studies and vocational training) or an intensive practical phase (studies with intensive in-company training).

During the first semester, course instruction will be 100% in English. In the second semester there will be one course "Introduction into Physics" in German. Starting from the third semester all courses in your technical specialization will be taught in German.

Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH)

Joint European Master in Interdisciplinary Mathematics addresses several fields of interest from applied disciplines, specifically in biology and medicine on the one side, and industry and manufacturing on the other side. Our students acquire modelling skills and computational expertise needed to tackle practical problems in those fields, with a wide range of modelling techniques. However, each specialization branch provides more specific skills that are best suited to face problems arising in a selected list of contexts.
Note: All students will spend the first semester at UAQ. For the second semester, the cohort is split into two groups, one spending second semester in Hamburg (TUHH), the other one in Vienna (TUW).

Applicants who have conducted their university or secondary-school studies in an English-speaking institution will only have to verify that English is the medium of instruction in such institutions (to this purpose, you will find a dedicated section in the application form - no certificate submission required)

Joint European Master in Interdisciplinary Mathematics

Jewish Civilizations is a joint Master program between the Hochschule für Jüdische Studien Heidelberg and Paideia – The European Institute for Jewish Studies in Sweden. The first phase of the degree program takes place in Stockholm with the One-Year Program. In the course of their studies in Stockholm and Heidelberg, students should acquire the necessary theoretical knowledge and knowledge of relevant methods, in order to be able to devote themselves to the study of complex events in Jewish culture in the past, present and future.
