Master

Music therapy and other arts therapies are increasingly popular in healthcare, and the research base for these fields is growing. The degree programme in Music Therapy takes a total of two years, including an intensive placement phase. The range of classes includes practical music lessons, therapy techniques and scientific content. We focus on music therapy in psychiatry, psychosomatics, psychotherapy and neurology. In addition, you will learn how to use music in the therapeutic treatment of people in all kinds of life circumstances.

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

Students are required to pay a one-time registration fee of 750 EUR at the beginning of the degree programme

The M.Sc. International Economics and Business programme imparts in-depth expertise, skills and research methodology in micro and macroeconomic theory as well as empirical economics with a focus on Global Economy, International Trade and Finance and Governance, Institutions and Development. The methodological Competencies, while geared primarily to economic analysis, are enriched with business administration-specific elements.

It is mandatory to do an internship. It is easier to find internship when it is mandatory. 3-6 months is most common.

The Semester contributions totaling 91.00 EUR must be paid each semester. It includes Student Union fee 62.00 EUR and Semester Ticket fee 29.00 EUR

Native speakers and completion of degree in English are also accepted as proof of language requirement

International Economics and Business

The course program is based on literature and cultural studies, in which in-depth knowledge of the various manifestations of English-speaking societies in the respective literary, historical, political and cultural contexts is conveyed. The focus of the programme is on the cultural area of ​​the British Isles and on the countries shaped by Great Britain. An interdisciplinary module offers students the opportunity to explore the traditions and diversification of Anglophone literatures, cultures and languages ​​in a larger context. The aim is to supplement and expand the desired research perspective in specific areas of English studies with a broad and transdisciplinary range of teaching and research.

The Bachelor course of study for teaching English includes the areas of language practice, linguistics, literature and cultural studies (both English and American) and subject didactics.
