The Master programme in Communication Design [120 ECTS] merges theory and practice in order to strengthen knowledge and skill set, as well as hone the ability to develop relevant solutions and an Advanced design process. The programme promotes creative design skills, knowledge of the theories and history of art and design, the ability to critically analyse contemporary phenomena, and the practical understanding of both analogue and digital media implementation.

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

Note: The course (120 ECTS) can be studied in two part-time versions (6 or 8 semesters). A version with 90 ECTS points is also offered, which can be studied part-time (6 semesters).

In the degree program, students work strongly application-oriented and system-oriented. They learn to think in an interdisciplinary way in larger system contexts and to design, specify, design, test and accept systems within a frequently larger international team. Communication Systems and Networks

EMerald is a Master programme organised by four European Universities – University of Liège (ULiège), University of Lorraine (UL), Luleå University of Technology (LTU) and Technische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg (TUBAF). The programme is designed to focus on the following major aspects of Resources Engineering, Characterisation, Processing, Modelling and Management. The EMerald Master Programme has been designed to find the right balance between knowledge of resources (geology, landfills, urban mines, reserve characterisation and modelling) and process engineering techniques (comminution, sorting, preconcentration, extractive metallurgy and waste disposal).

The Functional Advanced Materials and Engineering Master programme is based on and existing Erasmus Mundus program. The new FAME+ programme involves the same 7 European high level universities (Grenoble INP, TU Darmstadt, U. Aveiro, U. Augsburg, U. Bordeaux, U. The Master program in industrial mathematics are able to mathematically model complex technical and scientific problems and process and solve these problems with the help of such models and mathematical tools.
