Double Master of Arts in Political Science provides the opportunity of studying abroad for one or two semesters that can easily be integrated into the Bachelor and Master programs in Political Science. Students of the Master program have the possibility to acquire a double degree at Aston University (Great Britain) or at the University of Essex. The Double Masters Degree in Political Science offers the opportunity to achieve both Master of Arts from the University of Bamberg (Germany) and an Master of Science from the University of Essex (United Kingdom) within the standard period of study (24 months). Students also have the opportunity to do double Masters Degree in Governance and International Politics to achieve both Master of Arts from the University of Bamberg (Germany) and Master of Arts from the Aston University in Birmingham (United Kingdom) within the standard period of study (24 months).

Entry Requirements

Minimum requirement includes a Bachelor degree in Political Science or other congenial programme in the Social Sciences.

Additionally, students should have grade of 2.5 if they have minimum of 70 ECTS credits accumulated in classes with a Political Science background or empirical methods (methods component maximal 20 of the 70 ECTS) or students should have grade of 3.0 if they have minimum of 90 ECTS credits accumulated in classes with a Political Science background or empirical methods (methods component maximal 20 of the 90 ECTS).
