This Master program is an interdisciplinary endeavor addressing the reciprocal shaping of scientific expertise, technology development, economies and contemporary societies. Students learn to conceptualize science and technology as social and material practices. This program also draws connections across disciplinary boundaries, linking cultural anthropology with sociology and human geography. Minimum entry requirement includes a Bachelor Degree in either Cultural Anthropology/European Ethnology, Human Geography, or Sociology with 180 Credit Points, or a similar degree in the same or related disciplines.
Applicants must complete a Aptitude Test for admission.
Certificate of a secondary school from an English-speaking country or a Bachelor’s Degree from a study program taught completely in English can be used as proof of language proficiency
Applicants from Vietnam, India and PR of China require APS
If the Bachelor's degree has not yet been completed, a transcript of records or equivalent document listing the content of the study programme and average grade can be used as supporting documents for admission
