The Social Psychology: Organization, Management, Counseling (B.A.) curriculum focuses on psychological traditions that are rooted in the humanities and social sciences, with a strong focus on interpretational and qualitative methods. It follows an interdisciplinary approach, combining management studies, social psychology, organizational psychology, cognitive psychology, psychoanalysis, and cultural studies. There is a strong focus on applied skills like coaching, counseling and consulting, but also in the reflective potential of psychology for transforming our world into a better one.

Minimum requirement for admission includes applicants having a certificate of secondary education.
Note: For applicants from certain countries (e.g. USA, Canada,México, Vietnam, Korea, Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador) it is mandatory to level out the gap between the different education systems with an International Foundation Year.
Certificates must be translated in English or German
Additional certificates such as Studienkolleg, and proof of vocational training, internships, international experience, extra-curricular commitment at school can be used as supporting documents for admission
