As a Master of Science, the programme is grounded in science and research, but also takes on a business perspective. We are convinced that future managers need to understand the world and context in which they operate before implementing viable solutions.

It is mandatory to do an internship. It is easier to find internship when it is mandatory. 3-6 months is most common.

The Master degree in Management prepares you for your future as a manager in business and teaches you the management skills you need to take on management tasks. In addition to the technical focus, the Management course aims at your social and personal development. Intercultural Theology Migration and Global Cooperation

University of Applied Sciences for Intercultural Theology (FIT) Hermannsburg

The Master in Management - International Triple Degree is a joint program between three universities. Students will spend their first semester at Loyola University New Orleans, where they take courses in basic management like financial and managerial accounting, organizational behavior and leadership, strategic marketing, managerial economics and statistics, and ethics and social justice. The second semester will take place at the SKEMA Business School in Paris. Students will deepen their knowledge in corporate finance, innovation and entrepreneurship, international project management, strategic stakeholder management and supply chain management. During their third semester at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, students will pursue courses like strategic communication, data-based decision making, competitive strategy and financial risk management.
