With the Master program International Media Cultural Work we can study about Curating – Communicating – Managing – These three terms span the huge field of digital media and Its technologies  for which International Media Cultural Work will qualify Its students as superbly imaginative leaders and strategically outstanding executives. During the program students will focus on media aesthetic education and cultural communication to develop expertise in inspiring society to a deeper and critical understanding of media technologies’cultural implications  as well as their social and ethical philosophical dimensions. The course’s practical goal is to encourage society and individuals to use media for skillful self-expression  as well as for creative and emancipatory practices. The program is conducted in English. Its perspective is international and intercultural. The students will work in transdiscipline  collaborative  and experimental environments.

Step 1
Apply online via the uni-assist portal. Note the necessary application documents that you need to upload there (no postal submissions). About 4 weeks after receipt of your application  uni-assist will inform you about the current processing status. If your application is formally correct  your data will be forwarded to the Hochschule Darmstadt. 

Step 2
If your application is successful  you will receive a letter of admission from the Hochschule Darmstadt. This letter of admission contains a binding enrolment date and a list of documents that you must submit by Email in order to enrol. 

Incomplete or incorrect documents will result in the cancellation of the notification of admission! The place originally allocated to you will then be allocated to someone else.

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

The University of Bremen (German: Universität Bremen) is a public university founded in 1971 in Bremen, Germany. It is a 20,000-student, medium-sized German university. The Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Science (German: Hochschule Weihenstephan-Triesdorf) is a Fachhochschule in Freising, Germany. It offers degree programs at the Weihenstephan (Freising) campus, at the Triesdorf (Weidenbach) campus, and in Straubing.

There are 19 bachelor's courses and 13 master's courses across the seven faculties across two campuses that include ecological, technical, and economic themes.
