The program strengthens the Competencies and specialized knowledge acquired at BA level so that students can individually apply creative and responsible solutions to tasks in the fields of interior design. It is designed to help students understand their role and responsibility as interior architects in different physical and cultural contexts – on either a local or a global level. Upon completing the program  graduates will be able to apply their profound understanding of interiors and use their design skills and their knowledge of different interior discourses to solve complex creative challenges in their field.

The program is firmly grounded in the vibrant city of Berlin but taught exclusively in English.All MA programs at Berlin International are taught in English. 

Internship is not mandatory, but is optional during studies. If possible, we recommend doing an internship.

If you have not completed high school in a majority-English speaking country (ie. USA  UK  Canada  Australia  Ireland  New Zealand)  an approved language exam is required in order to qualify for admission. You are welcome to attend the internal Berlin International language proficiency exam. It will be hosted via the software MS Teams and participation can only be offered after an application to one of our programs

The European Studies Master degree program at Europa-Universität Flensburg focuses mainly on regional development. Some municipal and regional agencies and organizations prioritize promoting cultural  educational  and societal underlying conditions in certain areas  in order to ensure the constant growth and development of the population’s living conditions. Thus  there is a demand for trained staff whose knowledge and skills enable them help prepare  support and implement development tasks in European regions.This is an international program with students from all over the world. Crossways In Cultural Narratives [ERASMUS]

The Master program in bioinformatics is a direct response to a paradigm shift taking place in medicine and biological sciences. Further research in these areas rests on the evaluation of masses of biological data: here, the use of computers, combined with accurate mathematical models and efficient algorithms is essential. Employing adequate training in the various sub-disciplines, this program provides the required knowledge for students to be able to judge mathematical methods and models, to recognize relevant biological questions, and to correctly interpret the results of the models in a biological context.

The Hochschule für Musik Detmold is a university-level music school in the German town of Detmold. The Hochschule offers degrees in composition, all orchestral instruments, piano, voice, opera, art song, and conducting, as well as church music and music education. In public cultural life, students, teachers, and top-class guests in over 400 events underline the importance of the Detmold University of Music as a cultural institution in the region. The center is the concert hall, which has 600 seats and has excellent acoustics and an integrated wave field synthesis system.
 
 The Hochschule has ten specially equipped buildings that are arranged as a campus in and around the gardens of the Neues Palais [de]: string players, wind instruments, singers, and percussionists have their own buildings; pianists and organists live in the historic palace, which also hosts rehearsals and concerts for larger chamber music groups. Musicologists work in an Art Nouveau building on the outskirts of the gardens, while music education students and future music teachers attend academic seminars in the technologically advanced Pädagogikhaus.
 
 The educational courses and offers are geared toward a comprehensive understanding of music. Goethe University is a university located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. It was founded in 1914 as a citizens' university, which means it was founded and funded by the wealthy and active liberal citizenry of Frankfurt. The original name was Universität Frankfurt am Main. In 1932, the university's name was extended in honour of one of the most famous native sons of Frankfurt, the poet, philosopher and writer/dramatist Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. The university currently has around 45,000 students, distributed across four major campuses within the city. The university celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2014. 20 Nobel Prize winners have been affiliated with the university, including Max von Laue and Max Born.
 
 Goethe University is now one of Germany's top ten universities. Around 600 students began their studies in Frankfurt with the start of teaching in the winter semester of 1914/15. During the winter semester, Goethe University had over 37,000 students enrolled. Critically committed to its eventful history, the institution is guided by the ideas of the European Enlightenment, democracy and the rule of law and opposes racism, nationalism and anti-Semitism. The Goethe University is a place of argumentative debate where research and teaching are socially responsible.
 
 The teaching and research activities are spread across four campuses rather than one. University of Frankfurt's 16 faculties are now distributed as: the social and educational science faculty on the Bockenheim campus, the natural sciences faculty on the Riedberg campus, the medical faculty on the Niederrad campus, and the former economics, social sciences, law, and philosophy faculties on the Westend campus. The Hamburg University of Technology [in German Technische Universität Hamburg, abbreviated TUHH (HH as acronym of Hamburg state) or TU Hamburg] is a research university in Germany. The university was founded in 1978 and in 1982/83 lecturing followed. Around 100 senior lecturers/professors and 1,475 members of staff (639 scientists, including externally funded researchers) work at the TUHH. It is located in Harburg, a district in the south of Hamburg.
 
 It is an internationally oriented university in the Hamburg metropolitan area dedicated to the Humboldtian educational ideal. It contributes to the advancement of society's technical-scientific competence by educating the next generation of engineers using modern teaching and learning methods and by promoting technology transfer and company formation.

RWTH Aachen University

The Technische Universität Ilmenau (Ilmenau University of Technology, TU Ilmenau) is a German public research university located in Ilmenau, Thuringia, in the heart of Germany. It was established in 1894 and comprises five academic divisions (faculties) with roughly 4,900 pupils. Technology (including computer science), mathematics, the natural sciences, business, and media are the main topics of teaching and study in these subjects.
