The Intercultural Conflict Management Master programme revolves around the premise that social conflicts materialize in the space of manifold interrelated social worlds. Accordingly  social conflicts never correspond with the space of one particular social world  but they represent an overarching continuum which stretches out over the space of several intermingled social worlds. For this reason  the programme is structured into four interrelated Area of studies which break down social conflicts from distinct but intertwined perspectives  in order to bring forward social actions aimed at the participatory resolution of conflicts: A “Social World and Power Relations”  B “Research  Action  and Networking”  C “Specialization Seminars and Workshops”  and D “Thesis and Colloquia”.These four Area of study are not to be conceptualized as accumulative elements  but they are inherently correlated and come about in parallel from the beginning up to the end of the programme.
The M.A. programme will be of most interest to individuals who are professionally active or have an academic interest in environments characterised by cultural diversity and conflict. These elements are frequently encountered in multi-ethnic contexts where competing group interests exist and where individuals have regulatory/control responsibilities requiring additional intercultural competence and mediation abilities.

The Bachelor program Industrial engineering focus those who are interested in a career in the field of energy and resource efficiency will soon become aware that both a sound technical and economic knowledge base is necessary. Those who are also interested in renewable energies, engineering and Its maintenance, repair and operation in connection with economic viability and project management, are suited to the Bachelor of Industrial Engineering programme. These particular aspects are the focus of this Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering / Maintenance and Operation at the European Campus Rottal-Inn in Pfarrkirchen.
A particular emphasis will be on the acquisition of fundamental knowledge in the areas of maintenance, repair and operation engineering and management. This includes topics such as sustainability, renewable energies, process and operation technology, IT in plant and equipment engineering (Industry / Energy 4.0) as well as in leadership, investment and financing, business and operational processes, logistics and in maintenance, repair and operation strategies and planning. A further important component of the programme is the development of language and intercultural competencies, including the specialisation on a particular cultural and economic region.

It is mandatory to do an internship. It is easier to find internship when it is mandatory. 3-6 months is most common.

In TOEIC, the listening level should be 400-485 and the reading level should be 385-450

The multidisciplinary, English language Peace and Conflict Studies joint program is offered in cooperation with the University of Kent. Students spend one academic year each in Canterbury and Marburg and, following successful completion, receive an M.A. in Peace and Conflict Studies from the Philipp University of Marburg and the University of Kent. The program's subject matter focuses on conflicts and peace processes in the face of international change. In the program, students acquire in-depth, specialized knowledge of peace and conflict research and the capability to research and analyze conflicts in national and international contexts, to develop conflict management options, and to personally collaborate on the management of conflicts.

The Master of Science in Management and Engineering in Computer Aided Mechanical Engineering (MME-CAME) is an interdisciplinary program conducted by the RWTH Aachen University and the Dutch Maastricht School of Management (MSM).  LMU Munich offers a diverse range of degree programs, with over 150 subjects available in a variety of combinations. 15% of the university's 45,000 students are international. Technische Hochschule Lübeck (THL) is a technical university of applied sciences located in the hanseatic city of Lübeck in northern Germany. The TH Lübeck fulfills two roles at its regional location as a university of applied sciences (HAW): first, it collaborates with local businesses on application-oriented research and development, and second, it prepares future professionals through teaching that is practice-oriented. At TH Lübeck, the concept of knowledge transfer is fairly broad and encompasses both conventional knowledge and technology transfer efforts and social transmission.


35 degree programs are available here at THL, including 21 Bachelor's and 14 Master's degree options. The Technische Universität Darmstadt, generally known as TU Darmstadt or the Technical Institution of Darmstadt in English, is a research university in the German city of Darmstadt. Its official name is the Technical University of Darmstadt. It was established in 1877, and in 1899 it was granted the authority to confer doctorates.

It has 118 degree programs, 24.985 students (of which 32% women and 22% foreign students), 3.911 graduates (of which 32% women and 15% foreign graduates), and  442 doctorates awarded (of which 24% women and 21% foreign doctoral candidates)

The research profile, has 12 Collaborative Research Centers and SFB/Transregio of the German Research Foundation, 1 LOEWE Research Centre and 12 LOEWE Research Clusters (incl. participations), 5 DFG Graduate Schools and 4 Cluster Initiatives funded by the State of Hesse (incl. participations). At TU Darmstadt, they solve basic research problems and implement scientific discoveries in technical and social processes.

Its staff includes 319 professors (of which 66 are female), 2.665 academic employees (of which 735 are female), 1.934 non-academic employees (of which 1.160 are female), and 138 trainees (of which 46 are female).
