The program Urban design revitalization historic cities districts focus of development of historic cities in Europe and in the MENA region is until today one of the most important challenges for sustainable urban development. A vivid inner city with a historic core shapes the image and the identity of the city and is the catalyst for developments in the whole town. The benefit of renewal and revitalization of inner city areas is never reduced just to the inhabitants and stakeholders of a certain quarter  but extends into surrounding areas and to the town as a whole. Accordingly  in urban development nothing is more sustainable than a vital inner city. This thesis is correct for both shrinking cities in Germany and metropolitan areas in the MENA region. Rehabilitation processes require an integrated approach  finally fixed in the urban form  and guidelines that guarantee stability and continuity for all further development.

Step 1

If your application is formally correct  your data will be forwarded to the Hochschule Darmstadt.

If your application is successful  you will receive a letter of admission from the Hochschule Darmstadt. This letter of admission contains a binding enrolment date and a list of documents that you must submit by Email in order to enrol. 

Incomplete or incorrect documents will result in the cancellation of the notification of admission! The place originally allocated to you will then be allocated to someone else.

International Media Cultural Work

The Master program motion pictures  focus Filmic craft  artistic approaches and comprehensive technical and theoretical expertise: This is what the seven-semester Bachelor programme Motion Pictures teaches in an attractive and future-oriented education. In the process  the students acquire the skills necessary in the film and television industry in creative workshops with a practical orientation. The professional equipment at the Dieburg media campus with modern camera and sound technology as well as a film studio and an cinema enables students to gain a wide range of experience. 

The central component of the selection process is the aptitude test.

Motion Pictures

The European Studies Master degree program at Europa-Universität Flensburg focuses mainly on regional development. European Studies

Europa-Universität Flensburg

In this Master programme will learn to conduct independent academic work in the modern  interdisciplinary field of Molecular Life Sciences. Key issues in genetics  cell and developmental biology will be discussed and critically analysed. The primary focus of these analyses is in both a theoretical and a practical sense  molecular network analyses on various levels (genomic  proteomic  and metabolomics).In the first year of the programme  students will already take three Advanced courses from the areas of developmental biology  cell biology  molecular genetics  system biology  and biophysics in addition to the core courses required for all students. In the second year  students will gain more profound knowledge and understanding of a specialisation area of their choice by completing both an internship focusing on methods and directed research in a project internship.

International Marketing and Media Management

The BSP began in early 2010 with the Business and Management faculty and its practical courses in management/business administration and business psychology. Meanwhile, the faculty has been supplemented by the Creative Business faculty with courses on creative business professional profiles as innovation drivers in business and society. These two application-oriented faculties of applied sciences are supplemented by the university faculty of law and the degree course in law leading to a university degree.
 
 Students at the BSP Business and Law School can learn languages and gain international experience through their courses. Students in all courses gain additional social, communicative, and psychological skills for their respective work practices. Extended practical phases in Germany and abroad are integrated into the course of the course. For an early networking of the students with the economy, the BSP Business and Law School cooperates with companies and creates corporate networks.

EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht (literally "university for business and law"), more commonly referred to as EBS Universität or simply EBS, is a private, state-approved research university for business and law located in Wiesbaden and Oestrich-Winkel, founded in 1971. The university's activities focus on three core areas: undergraduate degree programs, postgraduate degree programs and executive education. 
 
 The EBS Universität has the right to award doctorates and habilitations and is the oldest private university in Germany. With the foundation of its law faculty in 2010, the former European Business School was awarded university status in 2011, forming the EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht. The Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften Hamburg (German: Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften Hamburg) is a higher education and applied research institution in Hamburg, Germany. In terms of student enrollment, the HAW is Hamburg's second-largest university and Germany's fourth-largest applied sciences university.

Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, also known as MLU, is a public, research-oriented university in the German cities of Halle and Wittenberg. It is the largest and oldest university in the German state of Saxony-Anhalt. MLU offers courses in both German and English that lead to academic degrees such as BA, BSc, MA, MSc, doctoral degrees, and Habilitation. MLU’s academic profile in the field of the humanities is shaped by the core research areas “Enlightenment – Religion – Knowledge” and “Society and Culture in Motion through Diffusion - Experiment - Institution”.
 
 The core scientific research areas at the university are "Materials Science - Nanostructured Materials" and "Biosciences - Structures and Mechanisms of Biological Information Processing." Philip I, Landgrave of Hesse, founded the Philipps University of Marburg in 1527, making it the oldest still-operating Protestant university in the world as well as one of Germany's oldest universities. Philipps-Universität Marburg

The University of Greifswald is a university based in the Hanseatic city of Greifswald. It was founded in 1456 and is one of the oldest universities in Central Europe.

It is a comprehensive university because of the variety of topics it offers. Around 10,400 students attend school in Greifswald, with about two-thirds coming from outside Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, including numerous Erasmus and other foreign students from over 90 nations.
