The Master degree “International Product and Service Management” is to convey the future Master graduates the professional  methodological and social skills that are necessary for the independent development and application of scientific knowledge and processes. The graduates also should learn how to act responsible in business and society. With the academic degree “Master of Arts”  short form: “M.A.”  the graduates receive the qualification for doctoral studies.The students should acquire the requirements to face successfully the challenges of an internationalised world. The students should develop their personality to be able to: think and act entrepreneurially  actively shape innovations  reflect ethically on their actions.
It is important to enable them to act as bridge builders between the disciplines. They should be able
to analyze complex contexts and to react flexibly in them. Therefore  corresponding knowledge  skills

The focus of the Master course “International Product and Service Management” is the application-oriented  science based preparation of the students for occupational acting.The technical and economic focus of this degree course gives you skills in brainstorming  product development and design as well as marketing. Coupled with social skills such as crisis management  networked thinking and working in a team  you are able to successfully accompany a product from the idea through development and production to marketing and disposal.

Sustainable Engineering of Infrastructure

The goal of this Master programme is to deepen the students knowledge specifically in selected areas. The subject content is closely related to the material science aspects of nanotechnology and other related subjects. The curriculum consists of five compulsory nanotechnology modules and two elective modules in natural sciences and technology. The Mind and Brain program incorporates the innovative research conducted by the members of the Berlin School of Mind and Brain into an interdisciplinary teaching and education Master program. The Master program Mind and Brain thus acquaints students with the most up-to-date approaches to and results of neuroscience research as well as their bearing upon the fields of psychology, philosophy, neurolinguistics, neuroscience and cognitive science.
The Master program Mind and Brain offers students three different areas of specialization: (1) neuroscience, neurobiology or psychology, (2) philosophy or psycholinguistics or (3) academic management (German required).
Depending on the chosen area of specialization, the degree awarded at the end of the course may be a Master of Arts, M.A. (Track Mind) or a Master of Science, M.Sc. (Track Brain).
A major difference between the Mind and Brain Tracks lies in their different approaches to empirical research: Brain-Track students are trained to conduct empirical neuroscientific research projects independently whereas the work of Mind-Track students is governed by a theoretical or philosophical examination of neuroscientific research. Master Degree in Sustainable Design, Construction and Management of the Built Environments (MBUILD) - is a EMJM Erasmus Mundus Joint Master delivered and awarded by the University of Porto (UP Porto, Portugal), University of Cantabria (UC Santander, Spain) and Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen (THM Gieβen, Germany). MBUILD is programme with full involvement of the partner HEI. The students will spend the first 3 semesters successively in UP, THM and UC.
