The Master course in Water Science shall impart in-depth knowledge and practical experience in natural science aspects of aquatic systems to students with focus in chemistry, microbiology and analytics. The aim of the program is to interdisciplinary knowledge of water quality and the Advanced, effective and sustainable treatment of water to satisfy the demands for safe, clean and affordable potable water. Upon successful completion of the program career prospects can be found in the field of Drinking water supply management, wastewater treatment management, Analytical and microbiological laboratories, International aid and health organizations and so on.

Semester contribution of 324.06 EUR must be paid each semester. It consist of Mobility contribution of 213.06 EUR, Social contribution for the student union of 95.00 EUR, and Student union fee of 16.00 EUR
Minimum requirement includes a university Bachelor degree in natural sciences or engineering with chemical and biological or microbiological contents, including a Bachelor thesis (final grade at least 66 grade points or 3.0 German grade).
